no water supply no food you cannot clean properly no one can come to clean the room owner is not good no hot water is coming

Stayed there for two nights with family...location is good and near market but roads leading to the location are tricky and steep slope. There were just two people in staff and both went home after 10 PM...we were just two families in hotel during night...no one else was there. Overall service was not proper.limited food options given.

Good view and service, budget stay hotel in dharamshala, if you want to stay near mcloedganj then it is good and budget choice

Overall a good experience. Property manager naveen was very helpful. He arranged an extra blanket. Though, one thing required to be changed was no arrangement of water bottles. We had to drink the ro water given by them in the kettle.

As a Solo Traveler, I could not have asked for a better stay. The Premium Room at Hotel Wood Castle offered me tranquil views, excellent privacy and a clean warm ambience. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. So is the owner. He was very kind to grant me an early check-in without charging a penny. It was only I insisted that he accepted the amount. The location is superb. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Mcleodganj for the first time 😊

Stay is a little bit far from main square market, room is clean, balcony view is great, staff are also good

Hotel condition is average and it needs lot of work. Also washroom, balcony doors dont close properly, locks dont work.

Firstly about the rooms. The room was very humid and the smell was soo much suffocating. Beds were not clean. Specially the bedsheet and quilt covers. And the staff was soo unprofessional. Specially the person who was on the reception. Totally unprofessional. Everything was messy and the food was the worst

Every good rooms which are very clean. Everything on point. The owner is very polite. Also has roof top dining area. Sofa set on every floor in common area

The room was clean and tidy. The place is comfortable and room service was also up to the mark. However some items can be kept in the room like electric mug as the weather is cold there. Rest of the things were very comfortable. Also, the market is just near by this and you can travel here by walk only from the main market and from sky way as well.

Hotel rooms were not at all cleaned dustbins are full of waste there are condoms in the almirah i was travel-ling with family completely poor stay
