Everything was good Food staff all room was good . view of rooms are perfect washrooms are also cleaned and maintained

property's location is little difficult for a newbie driver, rooms were good, service not upto the mark and staff was not that welcoming.

Staff was supportive, adequate facilities like packaged water, dental kits, slippers etc. Were provided. Room (for the deluxe room) was very spacious and clean.

Visited with my family of 5 adults and one child of 8 years. Enjoyed the stay very much. Location of the hotel is very good. The rooms we stayed in had good valley view. All staff are well behaved, very supportive and provided very quick service. Food was very good and tasty. The overall stay was very comfortable. We had a wonderful experience. However, the room tariff is on higher side as compared to amenities provided.

The rooms had smell of smoke, though these were claimed to be non-smoking rooms by hotel. When we asked them to change the rooms, managers said that they dont have same category rooms available however entire hotel hd only 2 families staying. When we requested them to upgrade they asked for 3000 extra per room which was more than. There regular prices they even asked us to vacate the property aa we asked them to change the room

I had a pleasant experience in this hotel. The inn manager was extremely nice and allowed me to check in an hour earlier. The room was neat, well maintained and spacious. Would recommend this place to any tourist in macleodganj.

It was good, we love our stay there, however room was kinda small as in size, rest it was good. One more thing we also like their food at hotel, plating was was simple but was good.

The hotel is located at very good location and near to temple road and east to commute and having good parking facility and most important Hotel is very neat & clean and staff members are very humble & nice. So it’s a very good hotel to stay…

It is a good hotel and very scenic location. Also the hotel staff is very polite and very helpful. The room i select is valley view room and room was very good clean bed and of course cleanliness of toilets is best part. In short it is a good stay near to market and at very best location and wide good food. You can select it blindly don’t worry

Excellent hospitality by the hotel staff

The hotel is good. Room is spacious and neat and clean. Room service also good. But we had to pay extra 1000- there for front view room. They intentionally do that. First they will give the non-view room then they will charge extra for mountain view room.

It was absolutely fantastic. - we arrived late as we were attending a wedding but the guy at the reception stayed up for us and checked us in post midnight. - he was extremely helpful in other ways too, since g map was giving us mixed directions, he shared his live location so we could reach it easily. - the hotel room itself was exactly as shown on mm t and was super clean, esp the washroom. - the tv worked too which is sadly a rarity. The room was stocked with a kettle, bottled water, stuff to make milk/tea/coffee. - clean towels, sheets, bed, good ac, lovely lights. - would recommend to everyone i know (and don't know. - more than satisfied.
