Hotel Woodland

I first stayed in this Hotel Woodland 5 years ago and since then I am a regular guest here. This Hotel Woodland is surrounded by lush green trees and is peaceful and calm. I never face any kind of disturbance at all. It is situated in the heart of the city. The front desk is extremely helpful and friendly. In fact one of the friendliest I have ever encountered during my stay in a different Hotel Woodland. Food is mouth-watering, especially the tandoori items. Although during the breakfast buffet, fewer items were on display, everything was available to order. Idli sambhar and masala dosa deserve a special mention. They never disturb to check out either. Suitable for a relaxing and calm family stay or a business trip.

Stay was good. I stayed there for a day. Though i had booked a deluxe room for family, they had provided me room with twin sharing. On asking the manager at Hotel Woodland said in delux room they provide only twin sharing, i was surprised i asked him if i am staying as a family you are supposed to provide me bed option accordingly. For same they given us higher category room and charged extra for same, so i had to pay 600 extra which i felt was not correct.

They are taking good measures for sanitation. Doing temperature checks. Sanitizers are available in reception, in restaurant, near lift in each floor, doing sanitation of railings, stair cases etc. Floors are mopped twice a day.

The Hotel Woodland was very comfortable you stay. Had everything i need. I could even buy small things like a nail cutter, cold cream and so on. The breakfast was good. Had authentic sabu dana and poha for breakfast. Would book here again if i visit kholapur. I think the location was good. Medical stores and shops were nearby and it was close to good restaurants.

Stayed one night when in Kolhapur for a visit to the temple, usually stay at Sayaji, but for some reason Sayaji rates were too high on those dates, so from memory (had stayed at Woodland 7 years back) chose Woodland, was pleasantly surprised that though slightly dated Woodland has maintained itself well. From next time its gonna be my first choice again.

The woodlands Hotel Woodland is located very close to the mahalaxmi temple the main attraction in kolhapur. The Hotel Woodland rooms are very spacious, very well maintained. It has a restaurant and its breakfast spread is very good and quality of food is excellent! Hotel Woodland has parking space for 4-5 cars in its front yard.

The size of the room was decent enough - facilities were ok. Buffet breakfast was good. Need improvement in bathroom with new shower fitting. Could do away with smoking room. Also there conference things were lying in corridor which create bad experience, need improvement in that. Hotel location was good & locality was nice.

first of all i must appreciate the service by staff. very friendly and helping. location is very nice and convenient. little bit of improvement is needed in maintainance of room ( lights, bathroom fixtures), not a major issue but the charges should be justified. hope to visit again to enjoy a better room.😊.

Hotel is situated in prime location. Bed quality is very good. Nice restaurant and bar. Hotel staff is helpful. There was wired noise from ac though.

The Hotel Woodland is located at calm place and has a great ambience. The staff is co-operative and the food quality is excellent.
