The property we stayed at can only be described as Paradise. Located just a 5-minute walk from the famous Lal Chowk Clock Tower, Lal Chowk Bus Stop, and Regal Chowk, and only 2 kilometers from Dal Lake, it's perfectly situated. The staff here are nothing short of angels—always positive, humble, and eager to help in every way possible. Special mention goes to Mr. Zain, who is full of energy and always prioritizes guests. Mr. Mudasir goes above and beyond, even booking a cab for me and following up to ensure the driver arrived on time. Mr. Rayees is always smiling and attentive to guests' needs. Mr. Zahoor is highly skilled in managing guest inquiries and is very knowledgeable. He provided excellent information regarding food availability and handled everything with great expertise. The chefs, Ishfiq and Basit, are exceptional—preparing meals that taste just like home. The king-size bed is incredibly comfortable, and they provide electric blankets for added warmth. Additionally, the 24-hour hot and cold water service is a great convenience.

Good Hotel World Residences with all Amenities the place is nearby to the market and easy transportation. the staff is more friendly and helpful who help me to book the cab and also suggested me to visit the good places nearby

The stay was very comfortable. Staff was also very supportive and kind, and fulfilled our requirements on a timely basis. Plus it is situated in the main market which made our travelling more easier.

Friends Hotel is in a safe area. Rooms are clean and staff is nice. Khan Mudasir was the one who helped us. The rooms only come with a heating blanket so bit cold in the winter.
