location is good in the City opposite to hospital but the service is too much slow as in we called and remind them for soft drink 3 times and we received it after 1hr.. same for cleaning the used lunch plates they didn't come so we kept it outside the door and it was lying there till next day morning.. food is average but only select food .. we called for shahi paneer and we received it like a milk completely white in colour. Overall the stay and location is better but the service is too slow.

Bedding was very dirty. Rooms were stinking like hospital rooms. Very substandard toiletries. Dedingins were on floor on my floor. Used utensils were on the floor. Ac were not effective. Overall pathetic experience.
