Good stay

Big and clean room. Central ac does not cool enough, but ok, quick room service for food. Food quality is good. Room wifi was important and works flawlessly at 50-60mbps.

Lots of 🪳 cockroaches need pest control, no teapot, food test is good not have a variety in breakfast

Comfortable stay, value for money. Premium size room with bath tub, breakfast specially served as per requirement/ buffet

The rooms were well maintained and clean. All the service staff was good and food was excellent. The swimming pool was an added advantage

Room was species and washroom also good. But in lunch area they don't have hand wash and we used near toilet it was very bad smell is coming

Food was absolutely fantastic. And freshly prepared. Although very limited options. Hotel rooms & in general hotel is dire needs of maintainence as it’s very jaded. But very prime location. Nearest to train station. Rooms are very spacious and very adequate to even move around. Overall average experience. Good for overnight stay

Hotel staff are reluctant and behaviour is not good. Room which they initially provided was not cleaned, it's room was used by someone else. After getting some arguments with hotel staff they have changed the room, however the room which they provided is not having the good quality basic necessities like sampoo etc. They have charged higher than what they provided, it's not worth staying in hotels

Friendly staff in restaurant trying to push their on dishes. Don't know reason. People drinking in restaurant make comments on fellow companions. Little bit fearsome

Breakfast was cold. Could have been better. Even the tea that was served was not warm enough. Linen was torn with a lot of holes.

The person who comes till your room, who carries your hand bag is one of the most misbehaving staff of this hotel. He does not goes out of the hotel till the time you pay him some money. He tries to be extra friendly with women's. His way of talking and seeing is really cheap. He should be thrown out of the hotel.

I booked room on the spot seeing the ratings. There was no one on the main gate to even guide about parking. Room allocated was spacious, but breakfast in the morning was pathetic. The service quality is so so. Lot to improve
