Manager behavior was not good and room is also not as expected. They do not make any kind of adjustment for guest if the guest has come with another staff for some time to stay at room. He want another pay for it.

Dear Mr. Anurag Singh, Next time before posting a misleading review, at least have the decency to tell the full story. You booked a single occupancy room and showed up with an extra person, expecting us to ignore hotel policy as if this were your own living room. News flash — it’s a hotel, not your bachelor pad. If you wanted a double occupancy room, you should have booked one. Don’t blame the hotel for your inability to read or follow simple booking instructions. As a corporate employee, you should know better — but clearly, professionalism isn’t your strong suit. Instead of throwing tantrums online, try being honest next time and fill your booking details correctly — single, double, or triple occupancy. When i see review on internet then is says very good hotel but when i came here then i found road side cheap hotel and the food quality was pathetic not recommended to anyone to stay and the price was so high like 3 star hotel

Dear Mr. Sanjeev Vishwakarma, As the manager of the hotel, I feel compelled to address the misleading and completely false review you have posted. Firstly, let me be absolutely clear: our rooms are exactly as shown on Google Maps and MMT, and we take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Your claim regarding the room is entirely baseless. I distinctly remember your dinner order — you chose veg biryani because you clearly stated you didn’t want to spend more than ₹150, which is perfectly fine, but please don’t twist facts to suit your narrative. Regarding breakfast, as per our clearly stated hotel policy, we offer three different options, and guests are expected to choose one. You, however, demanded all three, which is against our policy — a fact our staff politely explained to you. Calling this denial “bad service” is not just unfair, it’s laughable. Leaving a review filled with falsehoods just because we didn’t bend rules for you is not only unethical but also reflects very poorly on you, not us. Next time you feel like writing a review, I suggest you base it on facts — not entitlement.

Room tarrif is too much. Paying such amount is worthless for this hotel. Booked room with breakfast and dinner yesterday when i asked for dinner he told me you will get 3 roti rice dal and one dry vegitable either mix veg or aaloo jeera. I asked for vigitable with gravy he told me we will reduce dal and dry vegetable. Totally worthless. Hotel did not provide towel and soap also. Room is attached with road side traffic sound disturbed whole night. Service staff also not professional.

It's important to maintain honesty and integrity. Encouraging or participating in fake reviews is not ethical. If you can't able to handle the Complimentary menus [CP OR MAP]. We suggest you to not make online bookings with CP plan. Instead go with the EP plan. After taking CP plans you cannot force the hotel staff that you want this type of particular dish.

बहुत ही बुरा अहसास हुआ यहां पर होटल में लाइट रहती ही नहीं AC केवल कहने को है सही से साफ सफाई भी नही होती है। साबुन और तौलिया के अलावा कुछ भी नही देते है। आप से मेरा निवेदन है कि पडरौना में भी बहुत होटल है उनको भी आप अपने साथ add करो।

Good location but not maintained well

This hotel is located at highway and easily accessible. All the tourist places like ramabhar stupa, vietnamese temple, buddha ghat, myanmar's pagoda, boudhha nirvana stupa and other monestry are at walking distance. Although hotel rooms are not maintained well. Bathroom is dirty and tap water running continuously.

Disappointed with the stay

I will provide 3 stars to my overall experience, room, and facilities. The reason is the room was not that clean and it lacked the facilities. When I asked the staff and manager for the facilities they were simply ignoring it. That was a great disappointment for me.

Poor maintenance

Receptionist was not aware about booking. Seepage in the walls of rooms. Bathroom was dirty. Not worth more than 700-800 rupees.
