This is Terence Francis The property is in very good location and has essential shops near by. Facilities are ok ok because the deluxe room as expected are not so good. Needs little renovation and the best part of the Hotel Yatrik, Jhansi is the food, the quantity and taste is just amazing.

The interiors of the property were not great. Though the food was nice but I still haven’t received my invoice from the hotel despite reminders which is why I’m rating my overall experience as poor

The experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Being located in UP, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the conditions here are far below even basic standards. The rooms smelled unpleasant, the bathrooms were unclean, and there were spider webs in the bedroom. Guests booking through OTAs are usually allotted rooms on the 3rd floor, which are in especially poor condition. The hotel is clearly understaffed—the few employees are overburdened with multiple tasks, leading to constant delays. Hygiene and basic amenities are completely neglected, and the owner seems to have no concern for maintaining the property. The bedsheets were stained, giving the impression that the rooms are mostly used for short, day-use stays by unmarried couples rather than for genuine hospitality. To make matters worse, there is no proper verification or accountability for online bookings. If you book and pay in advance, you risk being stuck in a situation where refunds are impossible. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money or the trouble. I would strongly advise against booking online or making prepaid reservations here.

Excellent location, easy to reach from railway station, good food with prompt service. Room small but neat and clean All amenities working properly.

room was very dirty, ac was not working properly, so many Hair on bedsheet, so much dirt on sofa, and table, they didn't call for morning breakfast, pathetic Hotel and service.

I had a very disappointing experience at OtlYatrik. The air conditioner did not work properly. The bedding had a strong unpleasant smell, and the sheets were not clean. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. The entire property felt outdated and neglected. The service was extremely poor, and the staff were unhelpful and indifferent. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Hotel Yatrik experience was not good. Facade was dull. Reception staff had a fake smile and were not interested to have a guest. Parking was not available. Told me to park my car in front of another property that was under construction. They gave me room on third floor that ssems like an abandoned floor. Mattresses lying in corridor. Marketing banner torn down were lying in lift lobby. Overall that floor was like a service floor. Wont recomend staying at Yatrik Hotel

My stays at Hotel Yatraik in Jhansi and Hotel Sarvan in Agra were disappointing due to poor ventilation, cleanliness, and amenities. Neither hotel met my expectations.

Rooms are ok but staff provided us a different category of room even though we booked executive class we were given deluxe room.

room & it's facility not meet the hotel charges. such type of facilities can get in very low range of money.. I am not happy.. water was not coming in washroom in morning for long time. this happens 2 days in 4 night stay. I will not say to anyone to stay there

The yatrik hotel is at prime location, rooms are clean & well maintained. Hospitality is excellent very humble staff, food quality and taste is very nice. Rooms are spacious and available at reasonable price. Budget friendly hotel in jhansi
