Stay was ok, room AC was making too much noise. Also complimentary dinner was only punjabi thali kids don't like it. Bed mattress are also hard need attention by hotel.

Rude staff. They were not even ready to transfer our luggage to the rooms . They took so much time to complete checkin formalities

Location is great and easily Accessible and which is just few steps away from main CBS and Railway station. Rooms washrooms needs somehow the maintainance like the room which I was staying in needs a change of handshower which is next to WC, but still manageable. I just met a Reception person where I have seen him working day and night but still there was a sweet smile on his face and was ready for the services. Very Polite and down to earth person. Food is not that good quality as that needs to be changed. A restaurant Supervisor or an Executive in morning breakfast seems to be busy on Mobile, no greetings, no wishes early morning, the buffet spread was quite simple and good but the Supervisor should check the temperature of food as the fuel was placed under buffet instead of that hotel owners are advised to place the inductions which help to maintain the food temperature continuously.. and looks decent too.. 👍😊 #Location #Rooms #Reception #Food #Maintenance #Supervisor #Breakfast In terms of amenities, Soaps and shampoos to be changed asap. Instead of that Refillers with Refill bottles to be placed in walls of washrooms and washbasin. Refilled was there but it was completely empty and HK department has not checked the rooms. Rest overall good hotel to stay. The feedback was been given considering me as a Hotellier and as per my observations which I have noticed in rooms.

As I said in my earlier review, property is very old, & needs renovation big time, specially lifts. Services is needs big upgrades.

Property's location is very good. Very close to Railway station & Central bus Stand. food was okay. Cutlery was not completely clean. Amenities was very everage. Service was very everage. Toilet seat was broken, bed sheets were dirty. I had to stay only for a few hours so i lt wqs fine. Very close to railway station
