Staying at House on Waves was quite a unique experience. Clearly thought has been put in making sure that the stay is comfortable, while giving the experience of living on a boat. The room is clean and the floors/utilities are well thought out given it is a wooden house. The location is peaceful with hardly any disturbance. It is close by to both Devbag and Tarkarli beaches. The hospitality provided was welcoming and had good room service. It is definitely worth trying if you have a budget and a travel buddy along with you.

Only tea & breakfast was available. Though accommodation was booked for three adults, there is no space for third person. Third person had to sleep on floor. The space is very suffocating. No amenities except poorly maintained bath & bed.

It was pleasant experience over house of waves, it has provided various other services like pickup and drop through back water for tushamni island. Breakfast was good. They should start lunch and dinner facilities to get more attention from tourists

The stay is good. However, there should be an arrangement for lunch and dinner here itself.

I enjoyed my stay here with my parents from 26th december 2021 till 29 december 2021. The place is on the banks of the river karli, quite peaceful, pollution free, and in the midst of nature. The hotel staff and the management is co-operative, supportive and great at hospitality. They are very kind, polite and helpful in all the aspects. The cleanliness was also found to be good. They serve only breakfast and snacks, lunch / dinner is not being served here. You need to check out nearby places for lunch / dinner.

Excellent location and can be found easily. Look for hotel sagar sangam as it is the parent and you wont go wrong finding it. Only breakfast and tea/coffe is available. For luch you have to either goto mtdc which is 5 min walk or look for home food options which are plenty nearby.

amazing view, amazing property, and the food cooked by their in-house cooks is so homely and delicious I couldn't resist. the property is calm and amazing. the only thing I wished they could do better was their Check-out norms. 10 am Check-out ? give sometime to the guest

I will suggest to do visit and then go for booking. Dont book it before visiting

Restaurant was not working the extra mattress bed provides was very poor the ac was reacting weird the other guest check in was disturbing and noisy

It was an awesome experience. No noise and sound pollution. Excellent place to relax. Superb weather. Feeling of staying on water was a pleasure. Loved the ambiance and hospitality. The room cleanliness and hygiene was maintained.
