Dear wahid mir As you are local kashmiri that is why we asked you for marriage certificate proof.Later you called mmt and informed them that your grandmother died which was totally a lie.

My stay was 3 days, but on the 3rd night they shifted me to another house boat, but that was not up to date as first one everyone demands the tip himself.

In my life i didn't face these kind troubles while traveling. The manager or someone in the authority is drunk and he charged too much for everything. Then he showed bill amount it is all wrong calculation. When we showed him it's wrong he doesn't accept it. His behave towards to us is disrespectful.

Clean house boat with all amenities and excellent food from the host house. You shouldn't miss it. The only issue is once you check in in the evening you can't go out as this boat is interior and shikhara won't be available. So make sure you buy everything in the evening and go to the boat

I did my booking cancel after 15 min of check in and stay out for new booking to other hotel and they didnt refund me after

Okay stay for budgeted travel

We travel-led as a couple, rooms are okay but bathroom was not okay. All the waste water goes into dal lake and this is what disappointing to me. They charged me 500rs for 2 tea, 2 omelette bread and 1 poha. That was not worth of even 100rs.

Excellent stay in this boathouse it was a new experience for us and we enjoyed it alot. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Great staff and most comfortable beds ever. Amazing location n they make lovely home made food. Would highly recommend for couples and family
