Houseboat Old palace

The house boat experience was great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have good practices and rules to keep it clean which was good to see. This ensures you get good clean space at all times. Special mention to habib who is managing the boat and is very friendly, likes to have good conversation and takes care of all your needs. Danish also was always there to take care of the guest and keeps it flexible for the guests so that they can enjoy and relax. They even called for the Shikara bbqs for us when we were having drinks which was a great addition to the experience. I highly recommend this boat and it is one of the better looking ones when you see around which adds to the happiness🤣

Old palace houseboat stay was excellent with mesmerising live snowfall. We were so blessed to see live snowfall yesterday. Hospitality, cleanliness and food was excellent, jun-aid bhai was so kind to provide all the needed support during our entire stay. Overall, i rate 5/5 for our entire stay in swan houseboat.

Very nice experience here. Got welcome during with kashmiri kehwa. The owners are nice. Always asked if we need anything. Food is soooo good. Freshly made and yummy. The boat house also provided the sunset boat tour with good price. Would recommend to my friends for next time visiting.

I had a very good experience staying here. The guy took care of everything beginning with the airport transport, cab service to gulmarg, pahalgam at best price the boat was really nice as shown in pictures and the room was clean. And also the boat has a very nice and quiet view

We had one day stay with old palace group of house boat. Each and every detail of houseboat will remind you of kashmiri art. Ambiance was amazing. Bilal bhai was our caretaker. He really provided us with all the facilities we asked for! must visit once.

This place is really wonderful!we were hosted by mr danish and his team. They are very friendly and helpful. Food was really good. View in the morning and night is mesmerizing. If you are looking for a houseboat in dal lake, go ahead and book this one.

Excellent service all staff, wifi, food, shekara and room service and warm heater service also 24 hours available ( mr khan is very much cooperative and helpful person )

Very good accomdation and freindly staff

Stay was decent. Stayed in december. Space constraint. Bed heater only available after 10 pm. So tough to stay inside till 10 pm. Cautious pls. I won't prefer revisit in december as becos bed heater and room heater unavailability

We had a comfortable stay at houseboat old palace, the food were amazing and homely made, danish bhai helped me with cab bookings and Houseboat Old palaces at best price, will surely recommend
