Very poor

Room standards are very low. Way of talking by owner is poor. It was very un standard where in rating is showing 4 star but ground reality is very very low.

Incorrect property was allocated. Rooms were not ready. Cleanliness were pathetic. Food was horrible. Overall stay was horrible. Really very much disappointed and also wondering how mm t allowed to do tie up.
