Very unprofessional and discourteous behavior and no combination among team staff etc lack of service mindset

Good Hotel but service bit slow.

The hotel was nice neat and clean the location was also very nice but the staff service was very bad. Our room was not prepared and even on asking for iron no one turned up, they forgot to keep towels.

The room was nice and quite spacious with all the required amenities. The housekeeping was too quick to respond to a call.

Rooms were cozy, good ambience. service was good. Staff was proactive in listening to requests. food quality was good.

Solid property, room was a decent size and the free rollover bed was definitely appreciated, breakfast spread could be improved a bit but otherwise pretty sorted and the location is also in close proximity to Taj Mahal

property is old, its being renovated.. seepage on the walls.. food is good... hospitality is ok ok.. as when group check inn come, they forget all customers...

Location, amenities & cleanliness are good. But they are not customer oriented. There is so much disturbance on the 3rd floor even at late night up to 1 am. There was a party going on in the restaurant located at the roof, people were dragging the tables & chairs. I called the front desk 3 times, they didn't resolve the problem. Finally the dragging sound stopped after the party was over around 1 pm. I couldn't sleep due to the disturbance. Not expected from such a well known hotel.

Excellent Service. The Rooms are clean and spacious. Only 1 KM from Taj Mahal. Food is good. The staffs are cordial and cooperative. The hotel is having all the required amenities.

Visited with family in Oct 2025. Location (near by Taj Mahal and Agra Fort), amenities and services were good. Food at Hotel's restaurant was delicious (5 stars for Food). Moreover, Hotel has roof top restaurant (Ambience is very good. Though didn't get chance to dine there). Altogether, our family enjoyed the stay.

My stay at the property was very comfortable. The location is convenient and easily accessible. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The food quality was good with a decent variety. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and value for money.

We had previously stayed at this property in late 2023. Back then the room was clean but old. In this stay we found the room to be newly renovated (we could smell the new paint) . The room was clean and had basic facilities. However we faced problems with hot water in the washroom. The water pipes were not connected properly, because of which there was no hot water in the shower and scalding hot water coming out of the toilet hand shower. The mechanic did fix the issue but we had to take cold showers. There was insufficient parking inside the property and the valet parked our car on the road.
