HR Dukes Den Resort

It was really a nice and comfortable stay, we enjoyed a lot , mainly pool side food and fun. In the evening , this property had very good vibes , Food, music and dance . Overall staff was very humble and considerate. We also got the chance to meet Mr. Rana ( hotel owner) he was also very kind and humble ,My kids got return gift too 🥰 . Good job Guys. Looking forward to stay next time 🙏

resort was not fulfilling the booking made despite paying in advance. staff was exceptionally good.

Food is very good and tasty, they made separate non spicy food for my kid as well. Stuff service is also very good and cooperative. Overall good experience for us, a happy stay location can be a bit better but not bad at all.

Approach road was bad room was stinking, however hotel staff and food was good

The hotel requires a lot of maintenance. The kettle in the room was dirty and lid was broken. We complained for that and got replaced. There was no soap in washroom. The handwash was overly diluted. Room was dirty. Bedsheet was not clean. The telephone line was not working. For every small thing we had to complain and only then it could be resolved. Had plywood frame for tv.

Nice experience overall. Staffs were very cordial and hospitable. Dishes were nice too prepared by mr arjun. I recommend this place if you visiting jim corbett area and looking for a pleasant experience.

Swimming pool facility was not up to mark as we ask the owner to change the water due to dirtiness but owner instead put some chemical into the water and said it will clean in few hours but the even after the chemical treatment water quality was not adequate our property was not along the river side so cannot comment on that but the door service were good and room were clean but lighting in the room were not adequate

The hospitality is great and food is the usp in this hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and available 24/7.

Horrible experience! location of the hotel is very difficult to find. Rooms were smelly and towels were stained. Water in the bathroom was dirty. Room phone was not working. There were only 2-3 staff in the hotel due to off season. Frequent electricity failure and generator was not switched on. Food was average.. I would not recommend this hotel.

It's not a resort, having stayed at the property i would say it's a hotel. Few things to note: 1) the property area is too small to call it a resort 2) yes, the property includes a pool which is not maintained and tiny compared to what you see in the picture. I was highly disappointed and regretted my decision going there because i chose it just because of the pool. 3) not a single game to keep you engaged 4) limited area and play zone for kids better they claim it is a hotel what a resort looks like it's way far.

This resort so beautiful location and food quality is very good. Children play ground is also good room service is very good and all boys are very good.
