Good food. But AC/ heater did not work well. TV did not work well. Shower mixer was terrible was giving too hot or too cold.

I found these propertie through Instagram.It's a very beautiful resort and the service is very Good. Staff behaviour is so humble.

Very very very bad place, even a hotel that cost 2-2.5k per day for a room is a better deal than this

AC and fan are old as well as poor working. Remain all good, they change our room but not with balcony view, that is not good for us.

Location was good but property was not that good designed

Hotel rooms were very pathetic, AC condition very poor, food items very limited, Driver stay not available.

Rooms were not maintained properly. Should provide water bottle instead of their own water. TV was not Working. This review is for room for 2 or 3 people not for other categories.

Not good stay as per charges of staying, food are over expensive, service is ok but hotel cleanliness is not good, like drinking water glass kept as such when we come back from outing, not exhaust fan in bathroom, no mirror in room, food is over or very high expensive and even rang in break fast was very less, simple meggiee was charges rs. 395- which is not good. Room size was small for family stay

We met with an emergency and could not proceed to hotel, informed hotel and make my trip regarding this one day prior, and requested for cancellation of booking. Our car had serious collision and proof have been submitted. Their sheer unprofessional and lack of sympathetic attitude is just can not be acceptable. They refuse fir cancellation and also we could not stayed there.

Not well maintained at all. The comforter cover had dirt blotches, bathroom did not have any exhaust fan and neither was an air freshner provided in there. The balcony door handle was hanging downwards. Towels in the bathroom looked like they had been used and washed many times. The floor had cracks and spots. The resort did not even provide sealed water bottles in the room and instead provided a water jug and no glasses except for just one glass that was kept in the bathroom beside the sink. I talked to the resort helpdesk about the issue with dirty comforter cover and room freshener to which he said he will send a supervisor and get it done but they needed is to be on the room for this but we declined that and went to sight seeing. After we came back, we asked the staff if they can send a room freshner in our room to which he said he would let the helpdesk know and then nothing happened. Even though this is a 4 star hotel it's room seemed less than a 3 star hotel we stayed at previously. We booked this resort purely based on the Google reviews, it was not worth spending money on. I would ask everyone to read this before you book a room at this resort. We went there with our booked cab, and the resort asked the driver to pay 250 rupees as rent for a blanket and rupees 300 - 350 for dinner.

Service is not good after calling so many times then service will be provide need to improve the service

Wonderful stay, good hospitality, and awesome food. Staff ia very cooperative in nature and very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort alerts rooms are small and prices are opposit to it. need four wheeler access.far from city. resort is good and so is food,well maintained and I enjoyed calm and peaceful surroundings.

The room was in poor condition No complimentary water bottles provided in room in such expensive property The staff was not all friendly, no hospitality at all. Indoor games like pool and table tennis chargeable. overly expensive restaurant. Not worth would never stay again , prefer sterling or cama or chacha over this.

Very bad experience not any proper service food charges are too high i left my room key they are waited me for half an hour but no person is coming to open door.
