Humro Himalayan Orchid

A Humro Himalayan Orchid with adequate facilities and extremely humble staff with great customer service experience. Unfortunately during our visit we had to encounter a medical emergency due to weather conditions but all the staff were on their toes to help us out in making our stay as comfortable as possible including finding a doctor. Moreover, the manager went an extra mile to extend our stay for one week with same price to accommodate entire family. If you can looking for an affordable stay with lots of warmth in customer service, count on them 👍🏻

Hotel location is good as well as foods are delicious and Humro Himalayan Orchid staffs are very good and helpful
Hotel is need and clean, i came hear with my wife and both are satisfied with this Humro Himalayan Orchid. Hotel staffs are very good and also food are delicious we usually had our breakfast, lunch and dinner in Humro Himalayan Orchid. I prefer all guys if you visit darjeeling must stay in this Humro Himalayan Orchid.

1. Location : very easy to reach, walking distance from darjeeling railway station. Opposite reliance smart building. 2. Rooms : excellent rooms with complete amenities. 3. Food : breakfast, lunch, dinner available, both nonveg and veg options available. Good quality delicious food. Boufett and room service both available. 4. Staff : very polite, helpful staff. 5. Overall : very satisfying stay. Would love to come again.

I visited at darjeeling with my soul made i enjoy to reside in humro himalayan orchid that the awesome hospility service received by team of Humro Himalayan Orchid well maintained atmosphere is dynamic manger if the Humro Himalayan Orchid is very femailar and helpful person with good soul i love their hospility i decided my self i well visit gain soon with my whole family member and stay at humro himalayan orchid.

Nice stay at the Humro Himalayan Orchid overall having a good experience. The only point is this Humro Himalayan Orchid didn't provide lunch at their restaurant, i think at-least lunch time minimum option is given to the guest if they want it. The behaviour of the staff is good but the staff on duty at reception needs to be more polight.

Overall good stay. Tv set up box was not working. It took 1 day to get that repaired. It would be better if Humro Himalayan Orchid ensures everything in the room is up and running before guest checks in to avoid any trouble to guest

Best Humro Himalayan Orchid to stay in darjeeling. Clean rooms and bathroom daily cleaning is done by the staff. Location is very nice on the main road. All staff behaviour is very good nice and cooperative. Before booking contact owner to about the price details. Only con is it is little noise and no mountain view.

Achha experience raha. Sabse best is Humro Himalayan Orchid ka location laga. Yahan se sab kuch pas hai. Staffs ache hai. Room achha hai bada hai. Service utna achha nahi hai. Service bolkar lena pad-ta hai staffs hai. Overall achha hai auro price genuine hai. I will recommend this Humro Himalayan Orchid

It was a couple stay room was excellent washroom was clean location was good food was very nice Humro Himalayan Orchid cleanliness and service was superb. Overall it was an excellent stay and value for money. I will suggest to all.

Good staff behaviour and outstanding room

I have booked a cab for local tour via Humro Himalayan Orchid meneger. But Humro Himalayan Orchid meneger taken 1000 rupees extra for booking local tour cab cost around 2600 rupees.

Good service awesome breakfast buffet

Rooms are spacious and cleaned. Staffs are behaved politely.

We stay two days are in Humro Himalayan Orchid. The staff were magnificent and very helpful. They are very clean and would maintain our room clean.

Hotel location is on the road just near dsc parking. For own car this is must needed thing. Hotel was also good.
