During my recent stay at hyatt, i found the room service significantly below the expected standards. The service was unreasonably slow, which detracted from the overall experience. While the room itself was decent, there were some issues. There was no hair dryer available in the room, and the taps in the bath did not provide warm water, which was quite inconvenient. It seems like routine maintenance checks are being overlooked, as these are basic amenities that should be in order at a Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi of hyatt’s caliber. A more thorough inspection and attention to detail are needed.

The stay was good overall but few points where the experience could have been better 1. We came to check in 2 hours post the check in time, but the room was still not ready as they said they are facing some issues with their laundry. Lot if other people were also waiting to check into their rooms 2. Staff was polite, but too slow in their work. Like whenever we asked for anything, they would take a lot of time to fulfill that request and sometimes during the breakfast it was not even fulfilled

The property is old. So don't expect hyatt like norms as far as room smell is concerned. Otherwise it is very good. The approach is quiet a walk it is no less than trekking with luggage it was really difficult to walk to the main entrance. Their dinner buffet is a no frills fare. We had dinner and breakfast buffets. Both were good. Their dinner chicken biryani is a show stealer.

Location is Great, We opted for Complimentary Breakfast and we were Surprised very TASTY BUFFET Breakfast in the Restaurant Hall, Indian as well as so many Continental Dishes were there, being a Foodie I tasted almost every vegetarian dish and all very so well prepared. Thanks to the Chef Centrally located in Janakpuri near City Centre

Amazing stay, cooperative staff and well maintained facilities. They had a well equipped gym, a swimming pool (although not temperature controlled. The rooms were clean, spacious and the room service was responsive and quick. Don't forget to get the breakfast included, it was absolutely amazing. Overall, it was a great stay.

According to me all over experience was good, i told "mr jaja" before check-in its a birthday of my partner so they gave us complimentary mini cake, its was a very nice gesture by them. It was excellent stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. Thankyou so much for making my partner's birthday special.

The stay was very comfortable and the food was good. The services are commendable. The sight and the location with staff everyone treats the visitors very well.

The experience was great. Everything i had in the room was the best. I will recommend it to everyone and will visit again.

I was there on 8th and let on 9th july. The buffet dinner was average and biryani was served cold. The morning breakfast was good with wide spread of variety. The room was cozy and well equipped.

That was an excellent experience we had. Staff was too nice and cooperative. We too recommend this for sure.
