Hyatt Centric Juhu, Mumbai

I would like to say about my experience that I enjoyed all kinds of facilities in the Hyatt Centric Juhu, Mumbai. First of all I was welcomed by the security guard by saying Namaskar and proper security check was done, which I found very good. After that Mr Girin Kohli who is the front office manager welcomed me and the welcome was wonderful. He tried to provide me all the facilities by providing me a room as per my requirements and for my facilities. The food in the restaurant was also very excellent. Amazing food was served by chef Yogesh and chef Omkar. The staff of the restaurant was also very helpful, smiling with everyone. I was served food in a very good manner, I too was served food with good spirit in every way, due to which my joy became double, I thank all the Hyatt Centric Juhu, Mumbai staff from the bottom of my heart and I thank them a lot for their immense service.

This property is different i felt, in good way i mean. I liked the room very much. The food was excellent. They did few not observed normally things. The staff is the best asset they have. And the location is best. But overall, id definitely-prefer this propery over others of i hv to stay in that area. I thank them for the great hospitality

The location was v good right opposite the beach via a small lane. The rear of the property overlooks the old airport which gives a nice uninterrupted long distance view. The rooftop pool area is nice for sunset. Breakfast was v good and they accommodated me even when i came late. The room was good size and had plenty of light.

I had a wonderful stay for 3 days! The staff are warm, responsive, and helpful. The house keeping is exceptional. Location is easy to get around. Room is clean and comfortable. I don't know what else to ask for. Thank you so much, Hyatt centric juhu. Not to forget, the buffet breakfast is excellent..

Location is good juhu. On the internet looks big property, however it's a boutique Hyatt Centric Juhu, Mumbai. Food court / lounge is good and variety is also good with a nice hospitality. However rooms are just average and the interiors are not done to hyatt standard.

Nice room, courteous staff, there's no beach view from the room though - that was a little disappointing. We could only see the beach from the roof where the pool was. Overall, a really good stay!

Fantastic location, very good service and food. Good pricing. Very friendly staff and the chef would do anything you ask for. Good south indian breakfast, recommend for families and singles alike
