I had a very comfortable stay and was able to check in early. The staff at the five-star Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore were exceptionally friendly, especially the receptionist, azon. She was warm, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. I am particularly grateful to her for arranging for the staff to return the ear buds we had forgotten in our Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore room after checkout. It was a great stay we stayed with 1 yr kid and the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore staff was very polite and accommodative.

The room and the view both great hospitality great just food needs to improve a little bit apart from that great experience

Great and courteous staff specially joseph at the breakfast area. Only drawback is rhea size of rhea washroom- way too small, rat all perfect
