Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) My friends and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Centric Bangalore for our long-awaited girls' trip, and I can confidently say that it was an experience we will cherish forever. From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore to the time we left, the exceptional service and attentiveness of the staff, especially Neha, Abhishek, Sagr, and Chef Vishal made our stay truly memorable. Neha and Abhishek, in particular, stood out as shining stars among the already stellar staff. They were always available to answer our questions, help with any concerns, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Their friendly and cheerful demeanor made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore.

Hotel is very well located close to lido mall, inox and the trinity metro station. Ulsoor lake is also a stone throw away. Property is well maintained and the check in process was well executed. Coordination issues with reservations and front desk for the room bookings was a point of concern for mm t bookings which were amicably dealt with. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent, pool side arrangement combined with live cooking was great and thoroughly enjoyed. Room size is very compact and there is not much lawn space for a walk around etc and seema like a dedicate biz Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. Limited entertainment options. Overall location and food makes it a great bed and breakfast option.

We had a last minute plan to bengaluru and mm t enabled us an excellent offer. We were a family of three adults and one child and had booked two rooms from 20 dec-22 dec. The location was just apt and check in was smooth, a special thanks to the reception staff, the room specific requirements were met without hassle. The team at the restaurant was not just responsive but went out of the way to attend to the request of the child accompanying us. That won our hearts. The pool buffet location made our stay just happy. Hope to catch up soon.

I stayed here for one day, the room is good with all the facilities needed and all the staff is very courteous and helpful, food in room service was also great no problems whatsoever, the breakfast buffet was really good and the staff at the restaurant took great care, served ke excellent uttapam, dosa and eggs as per my preference and taste. All in all a very good Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore in a good price at mg road, wud stay again if coming here.

It was a bit challenging checking in due to the microsoft 'blue screen' issue, but the staff did an amazing job. The rooms were smaller than expected, so we booked two rooms for our family of two adults and three children under 12. The rooms however, were clean and well appointed. The kids loved the breakfast which i would definitely recommend adding in your booking. I would recommend staying here for its quick access to mg road and brigade road.

Stayed for 1 night as family of 3. Loved the breakfast, room was good, fitness center was clean and well equipped. Service staff at the restaurant was truly exceptional and treated us like celebrities. Wifi worked reliably. Can improve on few areas 1. Front desk staff need to get more friendly. They struggled to find our reservation and was generally seemed stressed. 2. The alarm clock in room is not sleep friendly. It has bright white light.

It is a very good Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore with a prime location. The food is good with perfect amenities. The best part is the service. Very impressive service. Sagar, sathya and sumathi need special mention for their perfect service. They were always caring and with a smile. Keep up the quality of service my dear friends. Best wishes sudhakar.

During my business trip, i experienced an amazing breakfast with lots of variety. The highlight for me was finding maggi in the breakfast spread for the first time in my life

Rooms are very small, other good hospitality, staff are very friendly, but money wise rooms are very small

Overall stay was good and staff was very helpful. It was nice experience. However the dinner buffet was very average. Not recommended. Breakfast spread was good and also the quality

Great location. Clean well kept rooms and extremely helpful staff. Special mention to nehya of f&b, she was very attentive to guests during dining and ensured that there was hardly any waiting.

Short stay but it was comfortable and the room was clean, food was also good…the staff were very cordial and well mannered including the receptionist

It was a lovely experience and the staff was very cooperative and caring. The property is beautiful and we loved the food.

Stay was pleasent. Breakfast is really good with lot of varieties. Only concern was booked 2 rooms for family. Requested for interconnected rooms. Finally ended with rooms very far on the opposite sides

The location is strategic. Food served was awesome through out the day. We received wonderful service from nehya, sangita, satya and the rest of the team.

The room was comfortable with appealing decor. Bathroom was small but clean and complete with complimentary necessities. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a huge delicious spread of indian as well as continental varieties, fresh fruit juices etc. The staff was warm and welcoming. Aaron provided excellent service and i enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

It was one of the best experiences i’ve in bengaluru the reception good. Room was clean. Food was great at complimentary breakfast staff are courteous
