Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun

hello me and my family’s visit in hyatt was good. it’s a very centric location, close to rajpur road which makes it prime and easy. the checkin process was very smooth and team did let us check in an hour early which is much appreciated. room was clean. breakfast was very good and there were many options, purely sufficient. also one thing that i liked the most is the way chef (don’t know his name) treated my 2 year old kid, was very pleasant to see. though couple improvements that i would suggest - you should have something for kids to play with. there’s nothing exciting for toddlers especially and they behave a lot fussed when there is nothing of their interest. - ⁠you should increase or improvise dinner buffet. basis the cost paid, there weren’t many options and few ideal options were not included as well. - ⁠room space was less comparative to charged. - ⁠you should have something interesting as a shopping counter or some stalls etc that could catch interest of the guests. - ⁠some spacing constraints as even if there was a small garden, it was occupied by some guests invited to a wedding

Pros - 1. Well trained and courteous staff. 2. Smooth check in/check out, got complimentary room upgrade. 3. Helpful restaurant staff. 4. Good location of the Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun. Cons - maintenance of the Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun needs more attention - 1. Power supply in my room side of the Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun kept getting disrupted, which could not be rectified by the Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun, so i had to relocate to another room. 2. There was no full length mirror in the room we were shifted to, making it difficult to dress up for the function we came for. 3. The room intercom was out of order, so i had to use the one in the lobby every time, which was very inconvenient.

The location is in the middle of rajpur road therefore access to most shopping, restaurants is excellent. We liked the warmth and welcome from the staff a lot. Everyone who attended to us from the valet to the receptionist or the restaurant staff and chef were welcoming. There are two in house restaurants and we found whatever we are really well made. From the aglio olio pasta, to an excellent marghareta pizza as well as the dal makhani. The breakfast spread was particularly lavish and one of the best i have had in a while. The beds and room was comfortable and clean. Good pillows are rare ! will definitely come back if i need to be town.
