Indifferent guest services . This was the second time I was staying at this property and chose it the second time thinking the first time experience could be an anomaly , its Hyatt after all. But I was disappointed again. Was allocated a room which didn't even have a window , it was perhaps their smallest and darkest room with no sun showing in . A corner room with walls all 4 sides, claustrophobic. when asked for a change, reluctantly was given another similar room with staff emphasising this is what is the booking. Which didn't go with the room pics shown at the booking time. When I finally threatened, they gave me a proper standard room for which booking was done (as per the room pics) . Ultimately all rooms were same category that were assigned. I was later told that this property is more of a wedding venue and perhaps not appropriate for business travellers by locals.

Our stay at hyatt was pleasant.The location is 1 hour drive from Jollygrant airport. Romm was quite spacious with adequate amenities and it has a nice restaurant serving various cuisines. I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Centric Rajpur Road Dehradun I specially enjoyed their widespread breakfast menu the property is well maintained and is very strategically located with Mall ,cafes and other high end brands at walkable distance from the property.
