Full of insects in lobby, changed room in mid nights, that's doesn't solve problem food was below average and been served cold I even thought it's not hyatt , it's a duplicate hytt

It was awesome stay with Hyatt. I think, they must work on the insects in the evening. Because of open surrounding and farms all around, the insects are uncountable. Though I visited around in the middle of June, when it is the starting of rains in Gaya Ji the insects are a big problem. Rest everything; including services, hospitality and food are class apart.

Here's a polite and professional way to phrase your hotel feedback: Hotel Stay Feedback Our recent stay was largely enjoyable, particularly due to the hotel's pleasant ambiance, which provided a welcome respite from the summer heat. We found the establishment to be squeaky clean, and the rooms were properly maintained. All listed amenities were in working order, and the breakfast was perfect. The staff was consistently courteous, which significantly enhanced our experience. We're providing a 4/5 rating due to a couple of minor issues. The hot water supply was inconsistent, and the hotel's location is a bit secluded, being in the interior of the town. Addressing these points would undoubtedly make for an even more exceptional stay.

Good location, the property is near to the airport about 30 min drive and 30 min to Gaya. Food was excellent! The chef also prepared our requested customized dishes ! Very friendly staff, new hotel with clean and good facilities as you would expect from Hayat group. What could be improved is the no of staff and their training. Front desk at times was managed by only 1 person and long queues could be seen. There was no staff both at Lounge and Gym.

familyVery unprofessional staff and service was minimum.. poor infrastructure with minimum amenities. They cannot charge such high rates for services like transportation for the quality of service they provide. Very poor service… They don’t even have hot water, no storage, leaking bathroom only to mention a few. Staff was having lunch next to us and disturbing guests. There was a photoshoot and guests were asked not to make noise when the staff themselves keep disturbing the guests and made us uncomfortable with their zero manners. Never again will I visit this hotel.. extremely poor service. -100
