Hyatt Place Goa Candolim

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Candolim and had a mixed experience. The Hyatt Place Goa Candolim itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that made for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also a highlight—there was a good variety of options, and the food was fresh and delicious. However, my experience with the front desk staff was quite disappointing. They were unprofessional and unhelpful, which left a negative impression right from check-in. Since I was travelling with my father who is a senior citizen, I requested for an early check in. They blatantly ignored the request and I was made to check in after the standard check in time. Their attitude felt indifferent, and at times, even rude, making the whole process unnecessarily frustrating. Given Hyatt’s reputation, I expected better service and hospitality. Overall, while the Hyatt Place Goa Candolim’s cleanliness and breakfast were impressive, the front desk staff seriously needs better training in customer service. I would consider staying again if this aspect improves, but as of now, the service at the reception is a major drawback.

We stayed here for 3 nights with family including a small kid. Rooms were good, neatly maintained . Pool and Kids room was great- my daughter enjoyed a lot. Density of rooms is less which makes it peaceful and serene. Location is dot on candolim road so access to market is steps away. Beach is about 15 mins by walk & can be managed by scooty rentals or by walk if you prefer. Staff is courteous and helping. Resturant is good with indoor and outdoor seating with live counters of dosa and other items. Tea is good made by Mr. Kaif and cherished from my end and I could see other guests enjoyed as well. House keeping is good, in room dining isn't great with hardly any veg options and service also takes too long to reach the room. We had an issue with breakfast one morning however staff was very cooperative and ready to help & tried to make the stay better. Overall good stay and may prefer to stay here again given th experience. Suggestion to Hyatt Place Goa Candolim management is to ensure the hygiene standards up to the mark at all times given the rating of property. Will recommend to stay here with family.

I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly delightful breakfast prepared by Chef Jagdish, and it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment the dishes were served, it was clear that every element had been crafted with passion and precision. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with fresh ingredients that elevated each dish to a new level. Whether it was the perfectly fluffy pancakes, the aromatic Indian delicacies, or the rich, flavorful coffee, every bite was a testament to Chef Jagdish’s culinary expertise. Not only was the food outstanding, but the presentation was also impeccable, making the meal feel even more special. The warmth and hospitality added to the experience, making it one of the best breakfast moments I’ve had. If you’re looking for a breakfast that combines taste, artistry, and a touch of love, Chef Jagdish is the name to remember. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Candolim. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. Chef Jagdish deserves special mention for being so attentive to our dietary requirements, ensuring that all our meals were tailored to our needs. We really liked the location of the Hotel . Located bang on Candolim beach . Hotel is really nice from inside , restaurant and swimming pool very well maintained. Room were decent in size .. Room dine in menu were very higher side . But no worries restaurant were available right opposite to the Hyatt Place Goa Candolim.. Very much suggested for family and friends..👍

a seamless experience, very hospitable staff, which is usually missing in goa Hyatt Place Goa Candolims. location is another luring factor about the place, located on the main road and in close proximity to the beach. in-house swimming pool with green surroundings is the crown on the jewel. fabulous stay and looking forward to visit again🤟🏻

Stay was very nice. Room size was comfortable. We had stayed in a pool view room with balcony on 3rd floor. Balcony size was decent. Breakfast was very nice and food was tasty. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again.

The stay was extremely comfortable and peaceful. Loved the ambience and vibe of Hyatt. Great place for family and friends. Would definitely recommend Hyatt to all my contacts. For my next stay I am for sure staying at Hyatt again. And lastly breakfast was top notch.
