Wonderful Staff and Clean Rooms – Just a Few Quirks

Lovely property with exceptional hospitality. Although Hyatt Place Gurgaon is located in an industrial area and the surroundings can feel a bit overwhelming at first, the atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming. Every staff member in the dining area is attentive, accommodating, and genuinely friendly. The managers and Chef Pradeep personally took the time to greet me and ensure I had everything I needed — a wonderful touch that made my stay memorable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The bed linens and towels were crisp and sparkling white, adding to the sense of freshness. I also visited the bar and tried one of their cocktails — it was decent but didn’t quite impress me compared to the otherwise high standards of the hotel. The only minor issue I faced was with the bathtub design — the faucets were a bit difficult to operate, and water tended to spill onto the floor. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. Highly recommended for its outstanding service, cleanliness, and overall comfort.

The ambience is good , even though I got the twin bed , it was quite spacious and bigger room then I expected. I had breakfast early morning which was fabulous and delicious with so many options. They have live counter where I had dosa and paratha and it was satisfying. Overall experience is amazing .

The stay was comfortable. The rooms and property is average. Breakfast buffet is average. The hotel seems to be under staffed. I had made a request which never got fulfilled, though they apologised. There is a lot of room for improvement. Ofcourse the cleanlier and hygiene is top notch.

I must say it’s 5 star hotel but alike 3star or below, damaged and dirty room blinds, no doorbell in room, dirty study table , dirty washroom, dirty and choked shower head, dirty floor passage and much more...pathetic experience i must say, only thing that balanced a bit was amazing breakfast. Stayed many times in lko Hyatt and experience was always gr8, but this property has for sure let down Hope nor to visit not to recommend.

Not a five start hotel at all.

This is no Hayaat. Might be called a Chinese (fake) Hayaat. Terrible check in, stained carpets, worn out furniture, cheap sofa made of leather look alike material. Having stayed in Chennai Hayaat, Taj, ITC Maurya, this looks like a road side motel. Even the cab driver was like “I don’t think this is a good hotel I rarely get Uber black requests from this neighborhood “. The management just listened to my complaints and didn’t say a word, not even a single promise of we will make something better. MMT reviews don’t reflect this and MMT is equally responsible for showing this property as a 5 star Hayaat hotel. At least fix that.

location was okay, it's near maruti office, you can get cab , auto , uber quite easily. food was okay, but south indian was really good here. services excellent
