We had a great and pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Jaipur. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed throughout our visit. Housekeeping - Room not cleaned well. Plates kept outside room during night , was not picket up until 10 in the morning , that too after follow-ups. Dining- Dinner buffet had very bad taste. Breakfast buffet pretty much repetitive with not much options. However in room dining for second afternoon was fabulous. Service - Not very quick and multiple reminders required. Overall - This does not look like 5 starvproperty based on facilities and quality of service. Ever 4 star hotels are much better.
