Hyatt Raipur

We have recently stayed at Hyatt Raipur hyatt, raipur during our short trip with family from 7th to 9th oct'23. The checkin process was very smooth indeed infact we checked in 1 hr earlier & room was completely ready. I must tell that an unique feature i found that the lift is equipped with access to only guests through room card sensors for certain floors to ensure highest security & privacy of its guests which we haven't noticed in other 4-5 star properties we visited so far. All Hyatt Raipur staffs were very courteous and helpful with smile in their face. The breakfast was really owe-some with lots of variety and special mention to their south indian dishes. Also special thank to mr. Dipanjan & other supervisors for their service during the breakfast and also arranged a cake cutting event for us on our check out day which was very sweet gesture from hyatt staff. Thanks to hyatt raipur team and wish them all the best.

I am a regular at hyatt raipur and always enjoyed to stay there. This time they put me in a room, where washbasin was cracked and no coffee table was placed in room. After checked in, i asked baggage for 3 times n in one time girl came with another bag of someone and went back then i received my baggage. My room was on dnd and it was knocked by steward to serve the food which was not ordered by our room. Somewhere training is missing. I wish the management will fix this and it remains a great place as well. Thank you

The location of the property is perfect. We visited raipur for business purposes, it came off very nicely. The stay was very comfortable, the widows are positioned with a visionary excellence, i must admit. One must not miss the breakfast. It was so thoughtful. The staff is very polite, cooperative. While having the breakfast, i requested for boiled eggs, and to my surprise, i got them in record time. We got our tummy full and smiling faces to board the returning flight. Thanks to hyatt raipur.

We had planned a day’s trip to raipur to attend a show and hyatt was an easy choice as it is well located and has been an earlier choice for our raipur visits. On this occasion we were made to feel very welcome as we were given a room upgrade and a heavy discount for our dinner. Also a basket of snacks and pastries was also part of the welcome to our upgraded room. The Hyatt Raipur staff especially at the buffet and breakfast venues is very warm and welcoming. A very pleasant trip for us.

The stay in Hyatt Raipur was extremely pleasant their hospitality was really great feels safe for a women traveller in the Hyatt Raipur . The rooms were really clean with all the amenities perfect stay for a weekend .The complementary breakfast was huge spread and the taste was really good . They also gave me small cupcake with a happy journey note which made me really surprised. Special thanks to ms rajini who was looking after my breakfast needs.Thankyou Hyatt Rajpur will visit soon!

I had an excellent stay. The location of the Hyatt Raipur is great conveniently located only 15-20 minutes drive from the airport. There are multiple restaurant and cafe options nearby. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The bathroom is large with the additional convenience of a wardrobe area built in. Breakfast service was with a wide range of indian and continental options. The staff were very attentive and quick in the service.

Property is good & rooms well designed to appear spacious service & front desk staff do the best they can. But ordering a morning tea could lead them to zero or negative marks. Tea, when ordered was served in a cup covered with foil and when asked the boy to bring in flask so that i can have it hot then it was brought in simple kettle & cold. He said they don't have a thermo flask for tea to be catered in room. & that's pathetic

Hyatt raipur is very conveniently located away from the hustle bustle. It's just at the magneto mall and hence is always busy. I am surprised at the room layout though. When you open the door, you see the wash basin first. The toilet is right beside the door. I wonder who is the architect! the room is not expansive with well stocked amenities. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast spread is excellent.

The staff was very friendly. And the stay was very comfortable. I think it was the best stay around raipur.

The property is locatrd within mall premises. Overall stay was good but the only glut-ch is accessing 5th floor. For reaching

I have stayed in hyatt raipur several times and it is an excellent Hyatt Raipur. Very close to airport. Excellent breakfast. Hassle free and fast checking even at odd hours.
