Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad

I recently stayed at hyatt regency ahmedabad and had a mixed experience overall. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, i was disappointed with the level of service provided during my stay. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lack of responsiveness from the housekeeping staff. On multiple occasions, i requested shower gel and had to wait for over an hour before calling them again to remind them. This delay in fulfilling a simple request was quite inconvenient and showed a lack of attention to customer needs. Another instance that left a negative impression was my visit to the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad's restaurant. Despite being one of only two customers at the time, it took an unusually long time for our food to arrive. We even had to request the cancellation of one of the items we had ordered due to the excessive wait. While the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad's rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay, the poor service experiences were hard to overlook. It is important for a Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad to prioritize prompt and efficient service to ensure a positive guest experience. I hope that hyatt team takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their service standards. With better attention to customer needs and more efficient operations, this Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad has the potential to provide a much more satisfying stay for its guests.

The property is really good. The rooms and washrooms are pretty big and have all facilities. Well maintained too. The river view room was just awesome. Amazing view. The rooms were far better than the ones in this class. Really happy. Didn’t get an early check in as it was full, but the reception staff handled it really well, left my luggage at counter and went out for work. When i reached back at night, there was no hassles at all. Room was ready, the river view one as requested with the baggage and things kept neatly there. Kudos. Apart from this, the restaurant and room service staffs lacked professionalism. May be new or they lack training. Didn’t had the class in their service/ behaviour. I was knocked three times during my stay, when i opened door, they asked, do i need anything? room supplements tea coffee. These were done twice while i was sleeping and once i was taking bath. There was no “don’t disturb” tag to hand on the door too. Didn't experience this anywhere at all. Didn’t expect this sort of service too where you knock and disturb the guest every now and then. Restaurant staffs looked as if they are too busy and need to do things more than just customer care. Need to wait a lot for them to respond, and serve you the food too. Overall, perfect place to stay. Awesome facilities. Just that service need to be improved. “customer care” need to be the priority.

I had a decent stay at hyatt regency ahmedabad. The best part of it was location. The Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad is located right next to the sabarmati riverfront. The room was clean, specious and comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. The best part of my experience was the courteous and helpful staff. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. The reception staff were efficient and professional, and they helped me with my check-in and check-out process. The cab staff were reliable and punctual. The cab hired for a day outing was clean and in top condition. I appreciate their service and hospitality. I would recommend this Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad to anyone looking for a decent and affordable accommodation.

I booked the stay for my parents who were visiting ahmedabad for a couple days. I requested the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad staff for early check in since they were getting into the city earlier than 2 pm. The staff was accommodating and had the room ready for them when they arrived. I also asked them to do some birthday decor for my dad, which they did. My parents enjoyed the stay and were extremely happy with the welcoming gesture by the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. I would definitely book future stays in ahmedabad with hyatt regency again!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. Everything about the Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

All the employees at hyatt regency have a personalised touch. They understood my expectations well, parag especially. I had some room preferences in the last minute and they fulfilled everyone of them. Housekeeping has been prompt. In room dining was excellent both service and food quality. Sanjay in front office was also prompt in looking after my smallest of requirements. It’s ipl season, but they were not distracted at all, no hustle bustle, quietly promptly did their work. Great stuff by hyatt regency team.

The property is one of the best in the league. Our stay was comfortable. However, we found the food is exorbitantly priced. No complains though, its your business prerogative. Secondly, the valet parking was found to be weird. Seemingly, our car was not kept at an appropriate place. The car was given twice for parking during our stay; both times the car came back in a shabby condition than when it was given. I wonder where it was parked. Not a desired outcome when you stay at a luxurious property as hyatt's.

The Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad and its staff is great. But i still feel a little unhappy with the overall value for money as well given i did request a larger bed due to my height but i got a regular one. The pillows are a little uncomfortable and we woke up with sore shoulders and back. The gym could be a little better for a Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad of their standard in terms of equipments available for weight training. Overall still a very good room and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. The staff is extremely good.

Short stay, check in took a while. I left my id at the checkin counter and asked for it to be sent up to my room, but nobody did that. The airport transfer car was ready on time but it took a while for someone at the front desk to figure out and guide me to the car.

Everyone from front office to concierge treats guests well and our requirements taken care of well. Food was great

It was nice stayed. Specious room, great hospitality and staff is just excellent.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay at hyatt regency. Being a solo female traveller, it is very safe. The staff is always helpful. Buffet options are great. Rooms are very clean. Loved my stay here. Will definitely visit again.

Stay was amazing, specially we had dinner and specially it was 31 st year ending night and absolutely fantastic food we had. Really want to thank the management for makin our day memorable

It is a wonderful experience with a nice gesture and hospitality. Hotel staff is humble and cooperative. It is my leisure trip. Leaving today and joining again with my family on this friday for a weekend. Very close to riverfront walking distance, enjoyed morning in sunrise. Love to be here again.
