Hyatt Regency Amritsar Hotel & Spa

Room was average. Hospitality was very good. Buffet breakfast was genuinely good however lesser variety than other 5 star properties

the service was very unsatisfactory, they didn't provide rooms to us at time and the rooms were on different floors

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service. Just one thing when we said we have come for birthday there was no special gesture from front desk like cake.

Everything was very good. Staff was absolutely brilliant. Only thing that needs improvement is the size and space of rooms. Pl work on it.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Amritsar. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is extremely convenient, with quick access to key attractions in the city. The highlight of my stay was the food and the exceptional service. The dining options were excellent, and the dishes were consistently delicious. More importantly, the F&B staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive. They went out of their way to understand and take care of my food requirements, which made the experience truly memorable. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Amritsar.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Amritsar. The service was warm and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the staff went out of their way to make everything comfortable. The property is clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The room was spotless and thoughtfully designed, though it was a bit on the smaller side compared to other 5-star hotels I’ve visited. Even so, it had everything I needed, and the cozy layout didn’t take away from the quality of the stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Not good stay I booked a room and they do not cancel

We stayed earlier in Ludhiana Hyatt and basis that we rebooked for a stay at Amritsar. We find that the rooms, ambience and facilities are not good in this property. Upkeep of rooms is definitely a miss.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property. Despite paying a premium rate and booking [mention what you booked – e.g., a suite with specific amenities], the service and accommodations provided were not as described. Specifically, [ e.g., the room type was downgraded, amenities were missing, staff were unhelpful, etc.]. I brought this to the attention of your staff during my stay, but unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Given the circumstances and the high fare paid, I believe compensation or a refund for the difference is appropriate. I would appreciate it if you could review my booking details and get back to me with a resolution.

Great stay with very clean hotel and polite helpful staff.. excellent experience..

The stay was short luckily. We didn’t have a very comfortable stay. It didn’t live up to the Hyatt standard. The room size is very small, smaller than any usual 3 star room. The property is not maintained well, the bathroom had blockage.

The breakfast buffet has many options, including all possible continental non-veg food items and Amritsari Kulcha, of course. The staff were cordial and helpful. The pool has flowing water, which is crystal clean.

I had an excellent stay at The Hyatt Regency and Spa, Amritsar. The hospitality and service were excellent. The response time was remarkable and they addressed all my needs for a superlative stay at Amritsar.

The Hotel Is at a good location but the room size was too small for 2 people even the bed size was majorly small if a person with 5”9 height would turn around he would fall from Bed easily

It was an amazing experience. Overall hospitality was outstanding. From food to room everything was superb
