I stayed here for 3 days for a short work/ vacation with family. Property's location being next to elante mall was the reason i booked it. Has preety basic food options for vegetarians and if you request the chef to cook something in the evening during dinner timings when the buffet is going he refuses so that was disappointing amenities like the pool were very good used it twice during the stay and enjoyed the staff maintaining it were very courteous the housekeeping was very good they left a small towel elephant in my room which was a very cute gestures highlighting the servers in urban cafe satyam and sumit who were very helpful and nice people

I booked room for one day stay. As it's adjoining elante mall, me and my wife thought it was easy for us to go elante mall because we were accompanied by our 3 year old son. On reaching we got and upgradation that was free of cost. We got room perfectly suited for our stay. It had living space and bed room with jacuzzi. We good Hyatt Regency Chandigarh room, ambience, staff behaviour and our complimentary breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended Hyatt Regency Chandigarh for any type of stay in chandigarh. Usually i don’t make reveries about trips but this was a remarkable stay at hyatt chandigarh ! though we had a few initial hiccups but it was all forgotten with the extreme hospitality offered by the group ! the location is a stone throw away to elante mall and pretty close to all tourist spots ! also the food was delicious and the staff is courteous friendly and efficient ! special mention to mr vikas bhatt front office manager for making our stay memorable with his gesture and zakir / dikshant at the restaurant for being cutely courteous ! thanks for the worthwhile stay !

We had a wonderfully smooth check in. The reception staff was very courteous. The room was good with a view of the mall and the mountains in the far backdrop. I could see my kid enjoying outside the mall from the window. The property was neat and had a good vibe to it. The breakfast had an elaborate spread and everything was fresh and delicious. I wanted to extend my stay but the Hyatt Regency Chandigarh was sold out for the next day. Will definitely revisit.

This review is just for the staff who's always given their best in services and have always been there. Mr simran and ajay (front desk, ravi in the valley parking rest the staff in restaurant in breakfast area are still the same rude arrogant. Especially the two guys one is the fat one and the other one fair complexion with mustache they both wear cream coat but seriously are very attitude and arrogant

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travel-led with lots of luggage and despite been busy, their service was upto the mark. Manager at front desk was very sweet. I look forward to my next visit at hyatt regency, chandigarh. Anirudh

Nice interior, beautiful outdoor and indoor environment for people. Good service. The property is charming and extremely comfortable. The kids loved the activity room. We also loved the pool which is warmed to a temperature that was almost like a jacuzzi. The housekeeping staff is prompt and makes you feel at home. Overall a great experience at an excellent Hyatt Regency Chandigarh

I love their service and also food. Staff is very polite. Rooms are near and clean, fast and quick service. I really want to go again, only one problem there should be separate pool for kids cause pool is 4 feet, so kids are not able to enjoy

Location of property is excellent as it is in central area of city beautiful adjacent to elante mall best mall of chd. The staff is very cooperative, sincere, dedicated, hard working, professional and helpful. I stayed with my wife in suite room which is best till now i hv seen in the 5 star Hyatt Regency Chandigarhs
