Hyatt Regency Chandigarh

My wife got her stomach upset.. called front desk at 6 am and was told to wait till 10 am. Asked for late check out by one hour , was allowed only 30-40 minutes. Although hotel seems to be mostly empty.

Stinky washrooms had to get them cleaned with splatter on the walls. The staff is not so warm to handle situations or anything.

It was a memorable weekend getaway for me & my family at Hyatt Regency, Chd. . My 4 years kid enjoyed the Elante Mall view through it windows of the room. We enjoyed pool & the location of the hotel being adjacent to the mall makes it super convenience for a perfect family destination.

Stay is good this is 4 time when i stay there with my wife . All is superb staf is very helpfull . Just in sec check in

My stay at Hyatt Chandigarh was extremely comfortable. The staff was exceptionally humble and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The cleanliness throughout the property was truly commendable a cherry on top of everything. The amenities provided were excellent and added great value to the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that I’d highly recommend.

Not upto the mark . Bad experience with staff and property did not come as per the expectation. Will book some other property next time

It was good staying best part is it’s near to Elante mall who going for shooing and food is also good nearby in mall u get so many things to eat for location it good to stay here

Ambience ,food and stay was very good but need to work on the food part of morning buffet other then that everything was perfect

although I stayed just for a day, it was everything I had needed.From impeccable and comfortable rooms to great room service and lavish breakfast, Hyatt made it one memorable day for me.

Great experience without any hassle . Had travelled with kids and asked them to provide extra bedding and they gleefully agreed to revoke any extra charge for the same ...very cooperative staff..!

Hyatt Regency Chandigarh is like home to me now! I always stay here when I am in Chandigarh. The staff ,amenities everything is simply fab!

I had a very disappointing experience at Hyatt Chandigarh. I checked in around 5:00 PM and had to wait 25 minutes at the reception with no effort from the staff to make us feel welcomed. Finally, we were assisted by Mr. Ajay, who handed over the key to Room 250. Upon reaching the room, I found it wide open and completely unprepared – clearly left in the same state as the previous guests had checked out. When I informed Mr. Ajay, he explained it was due to a “technical error” and reassigned me to Room 212. Unfortunately, this room had zero view – just a closed area with a few plants. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told another room would be arranged, but no one ever got back to me. To add to the frustration, my luggage was never sent to the room even hours later. Despite multiple calls to reception, I eventually found it lying near the hotel entrance around 8 PM and had to request it to be sent up. Overall, the management and hospitality were extremely poor. Having stayed at several 5-star properties, I have never faced such unprofessionalism and negligence elsewhere. This stay left a very bad impression, and I will not be returning to this property again.

The hotel room was very good, clean and spacious. Location was convenient, staff were polite and helpful. Food quality was also nice. Overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay

I chose a pool view room worth 19k total. Due to a marriage function the hotel decided to not treat guests other than the marriage party with respect. There was no one to attend to my luggage, dinner was rooms were separate for non marriage guest, music kept on blaring whole night waling up my 1.5yr daughter (I complained 4 times). During checkout when I asked a form to give feedback, they stated - mail mein ajayega.

My stay was perfect,best for family stay, ambience was excellent,staff was too good especially girl named 'pooja'she is head in lounge area, breakfast can be improved,at the end i can say that it was worth it.😊
