Hyatt Regency Gurgaon

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hyatt regency gurgaon, and i must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel at home. The rooms at the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon are spacious and beautifully designed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and i had a great night's sleep every night. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries provided were of high quality. The Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has a great range of facilities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and several dining options. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a range of indian and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the indian breakfast options, which were delicious and authentic. What stood out for me during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every member of the team was courteous, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They truly made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, i had an incredible stay at the hyatt regency gurgaon, and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The Hyatt Regency Gurgaon offers a great combination of comfort, luxury, and excellent service, and i look forward to staying here again in the future.

I stayed their during my birthday with my family. I had booked the Hyatt Regency Gurgaon for one day during my birthday after cancel-ling a few bookings and i must say that i was a good decision to celebrate my birthday at hyatt regency gurgaon. Everything was perfect right from ambience to food to comfort. It's a beautiful and huge property with delicious spread of buffets. I had dinner and breakfast included in my booking and both the meals was delicious with wide options of veg, non veg and desserts. Since it was my birthday so out of courtsey they gave me a super delicious mix fruit cake to celebrate my birthday eve. Overall an amazing stay in a beautiful property at very reasonable price

Buffet was awesome and dining manager is also very supportive for my baby food package love to visit hay-at regency near by go karting is also available recvd complimentary cake assistance was superb on time everything chef is also good listener they are listening my feedback and suggestions regarding quantity of food also cleanliness was up to the mark very impressive room decor and decoration it’s our anniversary they gave us complimentary cake and my hubb and daughter very happy to visit there thank u for all staff thank u hayatt i love to visit here again

The size of the room and the bathroom is quite large. The staff is nice and very warm. All in all a good hospitality and a must visit property for a weekend stay. The breakfast was very well spread with wide variety of vegetarian food including vegetarian (eggless) deserts. We being pure vegetarians, the buffets are often disappointing, especially the deserts, which was not to be at this property. A special mention for the chef, ms. Muskan, who never said no to what the children ordered including waffles and pan cakes.

Awesome food quality, from entry to exit awesome experience, amazing services, spa is really great and it’s value for money. I got an upgrade to suite, that was the best part. Decoration was awesome, it made our day, thanks! property location and pool is awesome. The kind of treatment we got was awesome and out of the world. Shipra made all of this possible, though it was her last day on our checkin day, but she made sure we get solid experience and there is nothing left behind which could be complained about.

My best friend booked the stay for me and he had already praised the place so without giving it a thought i trusted his choice. I was greeted very warmly at the entrance and without little no formalities i was escorted to my room. The room was beautiful and the view from it was spectacular. I enjoyed the in dining services, also the place was very quiet and the ambience was nice. I loved my stay and would definitely go again.

Property looks very old. Located on the nh8 highway, i stayed due to some work. However, won't recommend it for a non work / leisure stay. Checkin/ checkout process at the reception was smooth and hassle free. Food was surprisingly good and reasonably priced (for a 5 star Hyatt Regency Gurgaon) service is extremely poor. I called reception twice and asked for an extra room key, but they couldn't provide. Really annoying

It was an exceptional stay! i stayed in the high king floor room with a bathtub and the room was quite spacious with enough amenities. The way was absolutely amazing! my height is 6 feet and the bathtub was sufficient for me! the breakfast was just like any other restaurants but they had different varieties. Lastly, the room service was quite disoriented, rest it was great!

Very enjoy pool and spa nice hospitality with worm welcome quick arrange by staff which need one bad experience is extra charges 4500-for 15 years maid whom taken by us for 8 month infant(child) for help

Just the location is offbeat, but suite is spacious and staff helpful.

Corporate event was there too many male people from bajaj company was pool water was dirty lift and key had issues

The stay was fantastic. Room were neat n clean. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff that caters to your every need. Specially satya sir was welcoming and polite.

The room was good, and the property is nicely located near manesar, especially for those traveling toward jaipur or wanting to be outside gurgaon's traffic. Staff was polite.

Regency suite room was amazing. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the meals with family. Ordered dinner - not so good. Lacked taste.
