The Hyatt Regency Kolkata itself is really beautiful. The decor, the cleanliness, everything related to that is tip top. The staff is very polite and helpful. The overall feeling of the place can be summed up in one powerful word - quiet. Yes, even though there were many guests and people here and there, the collective feeling was extremely quiet, which i enjoyed to be honest. The food was good yes, but i would like to say that it was differently good. So like, the same type of food that we find elsewhere is served here too, but the quality is great and the taste is very different but somehow actually nice. The gym is absolutely amazing, a must go for all fitness enthusiasts. The pool is great, although a supply of warmer water, especially during the winter months can be really nice. When i was there, i had to swim in very cold water and therefore couldn't enjoy it as much. The service is impeccable, people are patient and ready to answer all our questions without showing any sign of discontent.

Hotel location and Hyatt Regency Kolkata is good. However, having a bad experience while check in. The manager at reception was not supportive at all. Was not expected from a Hyatt Regency Kolkata like hyatt. I was asked to unnecessarily wait for 2 hours for check in. I reached around 1 p. M. And the manager asked me to wait till 3 p. M. For allotting a room. After an hour, i approached another manager who gave me the room. Was not expecting, intentionally not giving room before 3 p. M. Which was mentioned as the Hyatt Regency Kolkata policy by the first manager. All other parts found good.

We enjoyed thoroughly. It was my 65th birthday. So my husband wanted to gift me a wonderful day. When we checked in, he informed the reception manager the occasion, after we entered our room, within 2 hours someone from the in room dining services cane with a birthday cake with card and a beauty bouquet of pink lilies. We were overwhelmed with their hospitality and warmth. The room was excellent. The dinner we had at water side cafe was sumptuous. Qudos to the staff and manager of hyatt regency kolkata. We will definitely recommend to our friends and relatives

It was a short stay yet felt like it was one of the best. Staff are professional and polite. Food was ok but service needs to be upgraded. Keeping customers waiting for too long is not what is expected in a star Hyatt Regency Kolkata restaurant. Hotel amenities are top notch and maintained properly. Stayed in the regency suite and it was clean and cozy. Special thanks to faiz for guiding me through the la cucina menu and for the excellent choice of wine to order, to sum u for the very refreshing facial and giving me a new look

From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional service and luxurious accommodations that exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a wonderful visit. The concierge was particularly helpful, offering excellent recommendations and arranging reservations effortlessly.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hyatt Regency Kolkata. Everything about the Hyatt Regency Kolkata was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with good services. Food was good but tarrif was on higher side as per location as it outskirt from main city and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Liked the location and attractive look from outside, beautiful and big compound around the Hyatt Regency Kolkata building, magnificent image, very welcoming slope of an approach. Reception and checkin was excellent but i find the music in the lobby a bit noisy and loud. Food and service are up to expectations but some items a bit salty. Walking track and well-maintained garden around inside the compound of the property are really a big plus point

Had the best staycation at the hyatt. It was a surprise for my husband and we had an amazing time. The club prana spa is a great place for a relaxing massage session. And the la cucina original pizza is a must try!

The stay was wonderful, starting form check in process to checkout which was so smooth. Superb staff behavior and stay experience. Breakfast spread was also very good. The room was very neat and clean as well as the in housekeeping was prompt in responding to any request. Overall, had a wonderful time spent at the property.
