Hycinth Hotels

It was a exciting stay in hycinth Hycinth Hotels. Everything is so perfect. We stayed for 3days. I will never forget the breakfasts we had in hycinth. Cleanliness, service, amenities, facilities are all 10/10. Hycinth has a pool, pool bar, massage facilities and another bar with smoking room. Everything is world class. Rooms are clean, comfortable bed and designed aesthetically. Bathroom is cool with standard facilities, 24hrs hot water. Room service is awesome, they are always nearby, will help you anytime and every Hycinth Hotels staff greets with a smile. And breakfast ! wow! what can you expect more! they serve you like more than 50 items in breakfasts. Everything is tasty, healthy and hygienic. There we met a person named ashwin, his work enthusiasm is so inspiring. So energetic, always with a smile. The way he delivers food is beautiful to watch. His work attitude made us realised that everything is beautiful if you do your work with passion. There’s no job its all service to humanity, man kind.

I have stayed at the hycinth every time i visited trivandrum. Everything was good except this time we were given a twin room instead of a double because the Hycinth Hotels was full and our check in was after midnight. We accepted that, however we were given the 2 bedrooms that were next to the renovations on the 5 th floor. The solvent smell could be smelt in our rooms. We explained this to the duty manager when we were checking out after 3 nights. He promised us a club room on our return 2 days later. However this was not communicated to the others and we had to complain again before we were allocated a club room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay especially with excellent service from the restaurant, gym and bar. With a few hiccups with rooms.

Stay was good. However, there were few gaps: 1) in the restaurant, people were not able to address everyone's request. Example : i ordered some omlet & nobody brought it 2) basic things were not available in buffet breakfast. Example: butter, jam, juice are very normal requurements & it should be available to take it easily. Instead it was not kept in the buffet & we had to ask the people. They delayed that as well 3) toilet/washroom condition of lounge was below average. Pipe was broken & water was not coming. These are nit expected in a 5 star Hycinth Hotels

Ideal location in the heart of the city. Clean, neat line and well appointed room. All needed accessories well stacked. All members of the Hycinth Hotels staff are attentive and with good work ethics and prompt in delivery. Spread at break fast is sumptuous. Front office personal very courteous and responsive. I would like to say my appreciation for mr. Karthick, front office manager, who was always willing to go extra mile to meet the needs of the guests. Overall my stay in the Hycinth Hotels was a pleasant one without any irritation or discomfort

The Hycinth Hotels is very clean and well maintained, the staff at the reception was very friendly and helped us out with all of our queries. The restaurant there is good, not the best but decent food. The housekeeping was a little disappointing cause we had to ask for a third bed and the bed was totally uncomfortable. They couldn't provide us with a chair for the baby at the restaurant. The swimming pool is at the top floor along with the gym and it is good. The place is good but I'd ask you to have your dinner elsewhere.

There were sanitizers in almost every room, from entrance to counter top, to lift entrance at each floor. There are social distancing marks in the elevator. That means only 4 people can get on the elevator at a time. Since the time we visited the Hycinth Hotels, the city was still recovering from the lockdowns, the place was real quite and not many people around. The staff and operations are working perfectly and they do have everything served and handled as quickly as possible.

The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are cozy and the facilities are very good. The food at cafe jade is very delicious. The spread is good and should be definitely tried. The swimming pool is also nice with a pool cafe available and turns into a happening place. It's a nice place to have a get together too. We received a warm welcome and all our requirements were taken care of. Thanks a lot team hycinth.

the Hycinth Hotels and room is soo neat and clean with good quality rooms and food. it was so nice to stay the management and the staff was so polite and good manner in behavior. ttaly was so nice club room was so nice and club lunch was also good but in club shoud add more food items to improvement...rest all is good നേട്ടം and clean gym and summing pool.

One of the best Hycinth Hotelss in Trivandrum. Excellent facilities, clean and spacious room, good food and most importantly a very well informed and well equipped staff.

Our stay in this Hycinth Hotels was amazing. Rooms are super clean and the staff was so helpful. I hope we could come back soon.

My first choice whenever i visit trivandrum. Hotel location is easily accessible. Staff is quite courteous. Food quality is good. Hygiene is maintained at any given point of time. It was a good stay

Good location, the room was spacious, clean and with a nice pool view. They offer buffet breakfast, mostly indian foods and i wish they had more options to choose from. Reasonable prices for foods however it took a little longer for my order to be served. It wasn't bad at all.
