I Residency

Pros: 1. Newly constructed, so feels good. 2. Very courteous and helpful staff. 3. Amazing south Indian veg. Breakfast delivered exactly at the time I wanted. 4. Decent wi-fi. 5. Sufficient car park. Cons: 1. No restaurant, but they very well make up for it by bringing food from nearby restaurants. 2. A little difficult to locate signage is not very conspicuous. 3. This one is half my mistake my id proof was not returned! But luckily, it was a photocopy. Probably because the staff is new so just be a little more cautious with your docs than I was.

It is one of the excellent I Residency near main commercial market at Aana salai Road, karma j nagar. I love the facility provided by I Residency, daily utilities kit, drinking water, daily cleaning. Only there is no restaurant, you can walk down to nearest restaurant or order at Zamoto. One unique things about behavior and hospitality of I Residency staff. They are very helpful, you can request and they try to help you. This was excellent experience. Not to forget Mr Mohan is very cooperative.

One of the best I Residencys to stay in Pondicherry. It's a new property, hence everything is perfect. Staff is extremely friendly. Rooms are very spacious and clean. No issues in stay whatsoever apart from Wi-Fi which never worked. It's very near to white town yet away from busy streets. It will take 5 minutes to reach the rock beach. Special shout out to Mohan for helping us out in every way possible. 1 star extra for the staff friendly nature.

It's real value for money. We booked for 2+1 for the family. Room was as described and shown in the picture. Spacious and spec clean. Support staff especlly dilipkumar was very helpful. Location is 10mins derivable to most of the city tourist places including promonade, eateries, church and temples pls don't expect much uxury especially nothing to see out side your windows as it's in a busy street of pondi. Parking available.

It's a newbie in the market & it has all the luxurious to offer at an affordable charge. Be it cleanliness, decor of the room, providing toiletries & beverage essentials, lift & parking facilities everything is available under one rooftop. Thanks I Residency, you made our stay most memorable in the White Town. Please be the same so that I can visit again & even refer to my friends.

Clean and new like rooms. Great hospitality. It's situated at the main area. Safe parking facilities. Good staff behaviour (Mr. Murali is the incharge of the I Residency, who is taking care of us through out the stay. He ensured about our comfortable and provided the things on time). Overall a great experience and looking forward the same.

The room was really spacious. We had so much space to keep our belongings. It was clean as well. The I Residency staff was amazing and cooperative. Would like to thank "Mohan" who made sure that our stay was relaxing and free from all the troubles. Also, it is just 10 minutes away from White Town. Will definitely recommend this place.

I was bit doubting about the room after checking in I was like cool! The room was too good with all the ambience required for the couple to stay and the washroom was maintained very well and neatly. The best thing is in washroom we got normal water (which I have expected it will be Salt water). Over all I Am happy with the stay
