familyTerrible experience. Had to wait for 20-25mins to checkin while the reception had confirmed that the room was ready previous night. Also got a room in 4th floor and lift wasn't functioning.

Good food, good service, polite staff, cleanliness should improve also sanitaryware should be good quality. Otherwise overall good experience, value for money, must-visit for food quality.

In hotel food was good

It was really nice and if I go there I will stay here again. Only concern is its expensive. Booking directly from hotel would be more cheaper.
