Rooms are decent and of standard size — clean and comfortable for a short stay, though not very spacious. The hotel has an EV charging facility, which is a big plus. However, the room service was quite slow — food took a long time to reach the room. Overall, a satisfactory stay with scope for improvement in service speed.

The property is strategically located on Hosur Road . But of late the maintenance seems to have gone down. The flush at room was dysfunctional & despite reminders the team could not rectify it . Food is great and staff courteous .

The rooms are really small the staff can’t help about that but the smaller things like Moisturizer in the room is missing. The spread both for dinner and for breakfast is not worth it’. The washrooms looks like it’s a yatch washroom.

Worst customer service and staff are very rude behaviour which never experienced. One lift is not at all working and no one is there to respond. Totally terrible experience I had and never ever referred to in future.
