Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

I booked for ibis. But the Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is closed and only novotel is open for service. They provided me the room. Very well sanitized. Staff were bit hesitant to co. E inside. Dining area is closed and they served food to your room. Within 30 minutes they got the food ready. Only one concern though, make my trip should have informed me about this Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road change. When i went there and saw ibis closed got shocked. One of thier associate who was there informed nobotel and those guys guys came then. This could have been avoided.

My stay at Ibis, Outer Ring, Bangalore was for three nights and two days. During my stay, I found the Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road staff very cordial and extremely polite and helpful. The staff on the floor in the restaurant were exemplary and did everything in their power to make my stay pleasant. They were courteous n the in-house services provided to me were top notch. However, I found the room quite small and cramped and the biggest disappointment for me was the gym. Though I was assured that they had gym facility in the Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, upon reaching there I found that it was only a small room with just basic except sing equipment which people like me, who works out regularly and diligently, hardly use. It was as if they just wanted to ensure that there is something there to be called a gym, so that that particular box can be ticked off and help them earn their star rating.

Stayed in Ibis at ORR Bangalore for 4 days and this stay was a great experience altogether. Absolutely courteous and friendly staffs, very well arranged rooms, very good ambiance, great location etc. You cannot ask for more. The bathrooms are small but that's not bad at all and it is as per Ibis standard around the globe. Special mention needed for their sustainability programs whereby they are removing all plastic water bottles and replacing it with glass bottles with purified water. Great move and should be adopted by other Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Roads. I cherished every moment of the stay and definitely come back. Keep up the great work.

Thankyou ibis for making my stay pleasant. I am highly satisfied with all the services. Beautiful room. Tasty food. Lot of varieties. Helping staff. I would specially like to thank one of the employee named 'camelia', who made my stay more worthy. She is really nice and has professionalism. She is great at her job and knows how to help in an effective way and she ensures that the guest is satisfied. I had 2 instances where she quickly helped me get the things i needed, which i assume no other person could have done. So my special thanks to camelia! have a successful journey and a bright future ahead! )

It's a suggestion for ird they should mention the night food orders in the menu however we checked thrice we didn't find. After asking they said only 3, 4 items are available rest nothing. Called from r. No. 1626 just for your reference.
It's great housekepping did really great job, room was perfectly clean, only one thing for hk kindly check the remote controll of room no. 1626 or 1718 there was something sticking behind the rc near the battery change portion. Might jam. Rest the cleaning wise it's completely perfect. Thank you for making my stay memorable will come again forsure.

Suman and kp has served us best at restaurant along with yogita, prabhat, and prajwal. Chef mani just jake awesome food specially mutter kulcha. Priya and sharmishtha at reception have made our check in very comfortable.

It was a nice stay at ibis outer ring road bangalore. The ambiance of the rooms were good. The different views from the top floor rooms were awesome. The food taste was good as well. The issues were about the room keys not working properly, need to upgrade the software and the Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road staff in some situations are lacking in addressing the issues sooner but they were courteous.

Location is key and this propert is located at ring road and all kind of transport easily available round the clock

Best part about the stay at Ibis is its proximity to work spaces like Salarapuria touchstone, Sattva etc. The atmosphere in the Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is lively and vibrant, the people polite and the rooms efficient. The bathrooms can be a bit more spaced. The gym provides great view to the City hustle bustle. Breakfast is varied and good. Overall value for money.

The hygiene was of next level. The room and the bathroom was neat and clean. It was impressive. Room service was too good.

The rooms are a little small, but maintained very hygiene.good for budget stays

Location was good. Room was ok. Bfast spread was good. Cc-heck in and check out process was quuck and easy.

Ibis has always been my preferred place to stay Blore was no different. Nice ambience. Only issue I found was price point was too high for a budget Ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

The stay was pleasant, the staff is cordial, the room service was also good. Only glitch was the check in time was at 2 pm while i had reached at 12 noon, and i had to wait as they mentioned that half day charges would be applicable if i check in 2 hours before which was a bit uncomfortable.
