In Ibis room is too small that is only for one person, two people can’t accommodate, and hot water is not there we can’t say lukewarm water is less than that in the shower, even though we complained no one responded properly.

I'll be very honest, I don't know Experience would be different for others. The check-in process took so long no friendly welcoming gestures, the food was not at all good breakfast was below average, the room was cleaned but Washroom was stinking badly. I highly don't recommend this place. I don't understand even though it comes under Novotal brand why there is so much difference in service. It has to be fixed.
