We need to contact them on every basic need. Also during booking I have ordered drinks. They didn’t respond to it well. Also for two members they placed only one dental kit. So it’s difficult for us to ask each and every basic amenity to them.

Location is good and they are milking it. Rooms are very small and bathroom is almost unmanageable. The room I stayed had foul smell. Sometimes it gets noisy due to construction nearby or people talking in lobby. Breakfast was okay, staff is good. They have free drop off to nearby offices. Overall its okay not worth the price at all.

A Seamless Stay with Room for Improvement My stay was pleasant overall. The room was elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and offered a calm, peaceful ambiance. The entire experience, from booking to checkout, was smooth and hassle-free. The reception staff were warm, courteous, and attentive. However, I was quite disappointed to find that the tissue box contained only a few tissues, and both the shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty upon arrival. Such oversights are unexpected at a property of this standard and detracted noticeably from an otherwise delightful stay. With greater attention to these details, the experience could truly be exceptional.

1) The worst experience each time is the in room dining service! Like clockwork, it happened again. In one instance this time, I ordered a soup & a milk shake at 8:40 pm. I had already given up, but the soup arrived at 9:45 pm, no milk shake. I went to sleep, then the person knocks at 11:15 pm and comes with the milk shake! 2) Rooms always have some issue or the other. Although I did not complain this time, the water drain from the wash basin had issues and water was getting pooled. 3) Reception staff attitude, specifically for the car drop service in the mornings from the hotel to office is quite disappointing. They appear as if they are doing a favour?

Not so good stay and service

Location is good. Food is decent but the services needs a lot of improvement. In room dining takes forever. It took more than 1:30 hrs for a simple sandwich. No one picks the call after 9:30 at either reception or restaurant. I had to personally come down and complaint. As many of us from the same company were staying, I got to know that the feedback was the same across and they encountered same delays. More so, the pest control was not done. Dirty towels, cockroach in bathroom, no glass for water, service delays. It is not my first stay at IBIS. Earlier the services were much better. This time experience was very disappointing. I will have to think next time if i really want to stay here. I hope, for their sake that this was a one off experience and not a way of life for them.

Room doors Tight to operate.

You need two people to open a door and it’s like completely jammed. Kids and elderly people they can’t open the door and needs an assistance to open. Key car reader lights are always on and it was notified to house keeping team at floors and they told there is some spares issues and they have informed room no 405 & 404.
