ibis Kochi City Centre - An Accor Brand

Centrally located. Land metro station at walkable distance. Water metro station also 2 km away. Has car parking of 10-15 cars, gates, guarded with cctv and manually. Our room was small but manageable. Neat and clean fresh linen, changed daily. Very good staff. Room had non working refrigerator, due to which our food got spoilt. When we came to know next day, they changed it within 5 min. Unlimited glass bottled drinking water. Kettle etc present. Ac working seamlessly. Hot water available even at 5 am. Didn't have food here, so can't comment. Only ibis Kochi City Centre - An Accor Brand which checks luggage with x ray machine. Rooms access-able by lift only if u have rooms key. Highly recommend.

Had an over night stay , on route from a business trip. The stay was comfortable. The room was adequate enough. I was late in night when I checked in , reached when the dinner buffer was about to close. The staff was kind enough to extend the time

Location is perfect. It's on pad-ma junction mg road. Amenities and service are fantastic. The best part is they have smoking rooms on the 6th floor. Not only a perfect place to stay for family but for business class travellers also.

Hotel was excellent in terms of hospitality. We had a pleasant stay. They took care of our dinner even though we stepped in late in the ibis Kochi City Centre - An Accor Brand due to train late.

The check-in process was smooth, and my room was moderately spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city.

Centrally located. good surroundings, restaurants, markets etc. Staff very polite, Food expensive and taste ok, not great.
