My stay at ibis kolkata rajarhat was exceptional! the ibis Kolkata Rajarhat - An Accor Brand's location couldn't be better, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet was a delightful highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that truly kick-started my day on a positive note. Overall, i had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend ibis kolkata rajarhat to anyone visiting the area. The compact washroom area at ibis kolkata rajarhat provided a unique and surprisingly pleasant experience. Despite its smaller size, it was efficiently designed and maintained.

Food was delicious, location quite good, basic amenities like dental kit and slippers must be present in the room which was not there. Room door was very difficult to open and close. Service was very slow i asked for a beer glass at recet which never came. Would like to mention chiranjit from housekeeping was very good, fast service, rajesh and sourojit from reception was also good. One suggestion pastry shop should be there or else facility to arrange for a cake as i was there to celebrate my birthday but ibis Kolkata Rajarhat - An Accor Brand has no facility for a cake. Else everything was fine.

The stay was a + excellent room, neat and clean with excellent services. The bathroom was just right. I wish to congratulate the management for employing the adults with special needs. The banquet hall where i did my workshop was fragrant and clean. The food department needs some change. The tomato soup was watery with no cream one day, little cream the next day so there is inconsistency. The burger was had hardly any vegetable. Being from bombay and used to a heap full of vegetables and maybe a garlic toast on the side or french fries i felt the restaurants can do much better.

The stay was over all really good. They offer you a very energetic and elegant atmosphere. But a couple of basic services have to be improved: 1. In the room you can either turn on all the lights or turn them off all at once! and no provision for dim light. 2. A dedicated study desk is a general expectation for a ibis Kolkata Rajarhat - An Accor Brand of this standard. 3. After check in no one accompanies you from the reception to the room. Guests are often found in a maze to locate the room. 4. There was no menu card in the room!

Thanks ibis kolkata rajarhat for taking care of us so well. It was our personal trip with friends. The front office staff highlighted with ankita and team are very friendly. Ankita tried to accommodate almost all our requirements with a smile. The team is very professional. We liked the dining staff arkapriya, her dedication, patience and tried to accommodate everyone's request. The service was nice but there were a few things i would like to highlight which stopped me from giving the rating of 5 and which is like, the drainage of the bathroom basin was not okay and there were stains, shoe shiner and room slippers were not available. During the second day of my stay the housekeeping did not refill the coffee pouches and did not clear the dustbin even. The room was clean though, the breakfast options were also nice, the room service and lobby vibes are perfectly fine

I recently stayed at the ibis Kolkata Rajarhat - An Accor Brand during my work trip. The location was at an ideal distance from my office and local transportation easily available. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great providing a varied range of delicious dishes. The room service and housekeeping is great and the rooms are cleaned everyday. I had a comfortable stay at the place thanks to the warm and cordial staff.

It was good and comfortable space with no outside noise or honking. Rooms and sheets were clean and service was good too.

Food is excellent with variety. Ambience creative and relaxing music in the evenings is the show stealer located near good shopping areas decent staff overall feel good factor is strong

It was a good night stay good ambience and service levels. If one is planning for short official visits can choose to stay

It is a self service ibis Kolkata Rajarhat - An Accor Brand, hence the amenities available are handy and helpful. The staff are very helpful and cooperative. Food is not good but could have been better.

I arrived late night so wanted to get to the room as soon as possible and settle down. However the check-in was a little slow. Then my key at the elevator did not work and the receptionist had to come to get it done.

Service is very bad receptionist at the morning hrs 5. 00am on 29th is required for more training to handle guest.

Expect a cosy, comfortable stay. Polite staff.

Property location are prime location, nearest clinic, mall. Early cab booking, food tasty, net and clean room, and all staff are very polid and help full

Good value for money and locality is very good close to mall and the newt-own area. Quite close to the airport too- just a 30 min ride.

Nice stay. Good food. Happy place.
