An excellent facility with all basic amenities along with very cordial staff. Located very close to thurbe industrial zone with easy accesses to all leading companies in that area breakfast arrangements and services are really good with wide range of food items including north & south indian delicacies. The gym at first floor is equipped with all machines for a quick workout there is a veranda h close to the restaurant area which is an amazing place to sit and enjoy food including in rainy season. Really enjoyed cup of hot tea along with sneaks during recent rains along with business associates. Walkway around the Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand facility is maintained well with good lighting for short morning & evening walk. Room service calls are responded nicely and prompt responses are given search for this property was done through makemytrip app which was very convenient by providing the location, budget, dates etc and also shown up some coupons to redeem based on the past booking in the past. It will be apt if they can provide better offers for share holders and frequent users

The Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand is at an ideal location, very near the flyover connecting to the sion panvel highway. There are enough slots in the underground parking. However, parking an suv became unwieldy. Thankfully, the Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand allowed me to park on the side strip. The staff is courteous & helpful. The lift has access control. The restaurant provides enough alternatives for appetising items. Also, the staff guides in the selection of the right choice. Overall a pleasant experience.

Excellent service by ibis navi mumbai. Especially impressed with rohan, mihir, hiten, mayuri, yash, mayuresh, vikram. We had a panic incident in the Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand, brilliant support to resolve it by the security incharge vikram. We got our phone back from the cab that had left. But the staff was especially supportive in calming everyone and also taking quick steps. Waited with us until resolution. Good food as well. We enjoyed our stay from checkin to checkout. Look forward to visit again

Was for nights, but sad they could not accommodate 1 extra bed. For my son, and had to stay in separate room. Any way good policy as it could have been quite inconvenient for 2 of us, as rooms are not very specious. But very clean and clear Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand. Breakfast varieties to be added. Stayed in several countries and various locations in india @ ibis but the standard is maintained the same. One request to remove the price tag, on the bottle in room, of 600 rs. That creates confusion.

Stay was pleasant. They have the option of smoking and non smoking rooms. Room size was compact but we'll designed for a single person stay. Double occupancy rooms are also available. Hospitality is good. Morning breakfast is awesome. Very tasty and have good number of choices. Food is bit expensive as compared to other Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brands. There is a bar too and in room service is also available. Located near turbhe naka and have parking space too.

Stay was very nice, staff and management was very excellent. I was well taken care of what i needed, as i entered the Ibis Navi Mumbai - An Accor Brand without delay i was given early check in although my checkin time was after 12 am. Nice property for overnight stay with all the basic amenities. Property looks neat and clean and recently renovated. The food quality was good and breakfast had variety. I traveled with family along with a kid, they had few indoor games which could keep kid occupied. Would recommend this for sure.
