Location is decent, but far away from the middle of new delhi. Food was great, particularly their grilled chicken. The buffet selections that were of indian variety could use a bit of spice. Amenities are sufficient. I especially appreciated the low prices for laundry services and the fantastic management, including housekeeping (krishan) and restaurant (abilash. Aarti with the front desk was also very helpful. The ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brand is rated at 3-stars, but is very much a 4-star ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brand in many aspects. The bar is also very accommodating with a decent beer selection to compliment their cocktail menu.

The check-in process was smooth. The location is close to many good properties at the aerocity. The room was pretty small with no proper space to keep the luggage. There was no facility of iron with ironing board provided in the room. Ironing facility was available in the corridor area. Breakfast had a pretty good spread, but was too crowded, with delay in replinishing. The seating was not sufficient to accommodate the guests at the breakfast area. It was crowded and suffocating. Continental dishes were very limited. Breakfast was a disappointment overall.

Everything is ok and staff is good but except the bathroom and lift. While you taking shower water all in the toilet floor and when i am coming out from bathroom i felt down but thank god nothing happened to me because the shower is very small i know can’t changed anything and second i am was in lift when i going down to lobby lift was shaking and automatically shut down and noise came it stop for second than started but i did not address this incident to ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brand staff as long as i safe. It’s okay for me

The property is nicely located near delhi airport. Amenities are excellent, buffet breakfast service is very good and fairly good choices of indian foods. The staff is courteous. Room and attached washroom size is rather smaller than what i expected, but just sufficient for an average size person. The reception staff advised me to install an app for room access, as if it was mandatory. Later, the app didn't work after 2-3 door accesses and i had to continue with the card access, then i realised that the app was not needed at all.

The location and lobby and also breakfast is excellent. Service and employee behaviour is marvelous the only a little issue are size of toilet although it was a nice ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brand, i must recommend others as this ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brand is cheaper as compared to other ibis New Delhi Aerocity - An Accor Brands in the area. But as this area is quite expensive as for example liquor is 10 times of its real prices, i must say it is value for money about this property.

Its very wonderful experience! right from front desk being managed exceptionally well by ms. Nishu, made is feel at home, with her smiling face and in a very accommodating way! it took less than 5 mins to lead into our room! in the morning breakfast, one mr. Trilok with his differently abled extraordinary nature, helped us have choice of dishes! its an experience to cherish and a memory to hold for a long time! thanks to ibis and thanks to mmt!

I like the stay here but the only issue was ac speed was very low and there were no fan so bit suffocated. Other than that everything was good.

The rooms are quite small and the washrooms are like aeroplane washroom, very small. But the overall experience was good. Whenever we asked for the staff, they were available. Everyone was very welcoming and the overall stay was quite comfortable.
