Ibiza The Fern Resort & Spa

Overall we had a lovely experience. The best part of the resort are its staff. Very polite, courteous and ready to help. Main reception area and restaurant area is very clean. Food is excellent. Room accessories are great. However few things can be improved. The nirvana building rooms are not that clean and is very damp. No demarcation or doormat exists between washroom and the rest of the room because of which water spills out into the room and makes the room completely messy. Acs are not maintained. Since nirvana building is a little away, we request you to set a kiosk at the ground floor with one staff at least. Because we faced a problem while calling the golf car from reception area. It becomes a big problem to walk that distance if you have elderly people or toddlers and weather is bad. And of course the check in time is too late. All the departments are very good except the reception staff. There is lack of coordination and wrong information is provided to the guests which can create undue confusions. But overall experience is very good. Thank you for taking care of all the small details and giving us a good experience. We will surely visit again if necessary improvements are made.

Stayed there for 2 nights recently. - room was good (winter premium green room. - at first ac was not working properly, afterwards they gave service for ac then it was ok. - house stuffs behaviour and service was good. - houskeeping, hygiene and cleanliness through out rooms and whole property was good. - menu suggestions was good for ala carte service. - food was average. - for accessing pool everyone need to carry swimming costume, if someone have long hair then need head cap also. If you don't have that then you can buy it from poolside shop. Cons : - in ala carte menu except prawn all given fish items were "basa" (in indian & chinese cuisine. At this price rate bhetki can be given. - purchased swimsuit qualities are not upto the mark as per price from poolside. Given headcaps and swimsuit are mostly synthetics in nature. - they were charging service charge (9, even after given gst (9) in room service menu ordering. After signing it off we didn't give service charge as it was not compulsory.

It was a pleasant stay. The best part was the lunch and dinner buffet. It had so many top notch variety with amazing distinct taste. Being a vegetarian, i was delighted to see so many veg options in main course as well as dinner. Moon g dal halwa, rabdi, malai chm cham, custard what not! the room and bathroom was very spacious and well built. All the staffs were well behaved and polite. Boating experience was also good. Property is amazing. Though it could have been a bit more better maintained. Lot of mosquitoes were there by the pool side and garden, regular mosquito kill spray is much needed. Badminton and basketball court requires maintenance as well. Proper flooring of the courts should be done. It looked a bit cheap. Shuttle and badminton provided were torn and not of good quality. We were expecting an indoor court. Overall experience was really good. It was fun. One can definitely visit ibiza.

The stay at this resort was worth and the location of this resort is also in a known place and was easily accessible. The resort itself was so relaxing and was soulful. I and my soulmate enjoyed a lot since they had all things to keep you engaged and entertained. The dj night was excellent and the complementary breakfast was out of the world. The staff present there was so nice to everyone and they maintained everything so perfectly. The rooms were so clean and hygienic the bathroom were also clean and best of it is they had all amenities. The swimming pool was so nice and big was well maintained and was a peaceful experience. All i want to say, it is worth the experience and worth every penny you pay.

This was our first stay at Ibiza. Overall our stay was pleasant. My Daughter and Wife also enjoyed. Best part is the Swimming Pool which is well maintained. The property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are good, bed is comfortable, bathroom is excellent and AC works great. Only two electric sockets were working and remaining not working in room. Restaurant is very good, tasty food and staff behavior is excellent throughout the property. Breakfast was complimentary but it could better. They have indoor and outdoor activities which is good. Lot of greenery which also attracts Mosquitoes and insects. But we were fine. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

Nicely maintained green resort. Away from city noise. Cool calm place to relax with family and friends. Good hygiene. Food options are good and tasty. There are a lot of activities including boating, cycling, archery, carrom, chess etc available in the resort which can keep you and your family engaged for the duration. Hotel staff is polite. The staff needs to be more active to serve quickly. The dinner table becomes noisy sometimes due to too many guests with kids. The resort can think of a gym for fitness enthusiasts. The mosquito problem is there may be due to greenery.

Booked 2 days in cottage. The resort has indoor and outdoor playing facilities for kids. My child enjoyed a lot which made me happy. The resort has good ambience, helping support staffs and lot of amenities to cater the need of different age group. Overall a good option to spend few days for kids and family. But the food taste was not so good which can be improved. Also the rooms were smelly in monsoon. Air freshners can be kept at rooms and bathroom to keep the smell away. Overall i would recommend the resort for everyone to have a good time.

A luxury stay in the lap of nature surrounded by the beautiful palm and coconut trees. Pool and lake adds a more beauty to it. The well designed room having a theme adds more colours to its beauty. A splendid stay with mouth watering delicious dishes and almost all type of amenities be it sports, dance, outdoor fun and relaxing moments.

Value for money, food is of good quality and all mentioned amenities are proovided. Out from city area.

It was a short staycation with family to escape the heat. The property was huge, with lots of activities to do, like swimming, kayaking, cycling, recreation room. The food was also good. All in all it was good.

The stay was pleasant and the service was nice except the breakfast buffet service which was bad. There was only one issue that was the spa service's prices were too high.

Everything is very good the room the pool side areas gardens even I liked the breakfast food is also good 👍 but I want to suggest u please work on housekeeping that’s all thanks
