the Room was Excellent but food was average. they provided the Dinner at 10-30 pm thought we ordered around 5 pm. the kitchen staffs are very slow. rest all are fine

First n foremost, I have to highlight the food. It was brilliant. They served normal items but were so tasty unlike the overhyped exotic restaurants of Kolkata. The location is serene and very comfortable overall. Thank you.

fantastic rooms. if you are staying here opt for river view room.. Mesmerizing view of Ichhamoti River with Bangladesh border on the other side gives you an excellent experience

Comfortable stay. staffs are too good. location is excellent. the only problem is with the tap water. it's so salty you can not brush with it. was afraid to wash our hairs also. the small chowki of the bsf guard is also very disturbing. forget to enjoy your balcony, you have to keep the door closed all the time. within 10 ft of your balcony, an armed person is sitting staring at you , is such an uncanny feeling! otherwise everything is so good.

Dear Guest, We appreciate your time to give us the feedback. We would like you to note that food was provided in a timely manner but you ate late so it got cold. Washrooms are smaller in non riverside rooms as compared to riverside rooms. Power cut is an unfortunate thing, happens sometimes but we turned the Generator on after sometime. Our reception guy as well as all other staffs are well behaved and they try their best to serve all guests in the best possible manner. But sometimes ,since you were drunk, it gets difficult for them also to bear such things at a certain point of time . We Hope you would take a note of these things to have a much better experience in the future. Best Regards, Anirban

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We are sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations. From the pics, I see that you stayed in our non riverside room. Those rooms have bathrooms of small size as compared to the riverside rooms. Location is just beside the river. If you would have booked a riverside room you could have seen the river from your room and bathrooms are also bigger hence difference in pricing. We will try to improve our service more to ensure that you have a better experience if you visit us next time. We are happy to see that you were impressed by our staff.

You have yourself written that restaurant/canteen was closed. It is not open 24 hours. There is ample time given to guests to order any food but beyond certain hours, it’s not possible to serve.

Good ambience and courteous staffs and awesome location and very good food, you can order the veg meal here and trust it blindly to be good, only thing the AC Needs to be bigger as the rooms are very large in comparison to the AC so the cooling is less in summers.
