One of the most implemented safety protocols. I come from hospital industry. This matches their standard. Social distancing, masks, sanitization station, temp monitoring, bad and shoe sanitation on entry, toothpicks for lift buttons, customised no touch food delivery at room are strong points. Although reception has screens now but staff (reception and dining area) shd wear n95 mask for their own safety as many ppl remove masks while talkin to them. Or. Eating. Food was very good. I was fasting on one day. So. The manager made. Spl customised meal for me. Very touched. Services are super prompt. And each staff is very polite.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini. Everything about the Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Initially I checked in and found that the room itself was not quite clean up to the mark as found several hair in the bed sheet as if they were not changed at all and after reporting they do changed the bed sheet Breakfast menu was quite appreciated in room dining is good but too costly as one cup tea cost around Rs 88 including tax location is quite approachable but parking issue is little bit as one have to park vehicle outside adjacent to main road which is quite not good overall experience was good and my ranking is 7 out of 10 Thanks

I was a good trip and good time to relax in the Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini this is a great Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini and the kids loved the pool areal breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. (waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels, etc) the only thing is that if you stay in the suite like we did, be aware the bedroom is not separated from the living room by a door. We were a little surprised by that! overall this is a great Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini and i would definitely stay here again!

Being in the middle of the city it adds a lot of convenience for business travelers. Pros: 1. Location 2. Parking 3. Clean room, washroom, and lobby area 4. Helpful staff. Cons: 1. Please check the Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini room before making the booking, mine was having 2 separate beds. Was showing that on the top, was driving so didn't even checked it properly. I was a solo traveler, so have adjusted but the beds were very small.

Had a warm welcome. All basic needs were ready in the room. Extra needs of our choice were provided within no time. Beds- very comfortable. All foods served were fresh wholesome and to our liking and taste. As we were the senior most guests the management of the Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini requested us to hoist the national flag on republic day. It’s a great honour for us. I thanked the gm for their hospitality. Thanks.

Hi, I spent 4 days in this Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini. Its a very good Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini. It's a new building, rooms are very clean and neat. Service and hospitality is too good. We reached earlier than my early check in promised time but they quickly arrange room for me and they prepared breakfast for even after their normal kitchen working time.

Great place to stay for a business trip. I guess all the rooms are equipped with double beds instead of one king size bed. The rooms are clean. The room menu has varieties and at very decent cost. The restaurant is well maintained and has nice breakfast options. Overall great

Both location and Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini cleanliness was perfect. Took some time to find North indian restaurants. But overall good

Location is on main road at a walking distance from famous 100 feet road of indira nagar. Food quality is good and staff is cordial.

Okay I am reviewing this Icon Boutique Hotel by Bhagini the second but it was cause I had missed my flight and I was able to get immediate check in and rooms available. Comfy cozy and and shower to die for.
