Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini

I stayed in this Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini for just a night. The check-in process took longer than is customary at most Icon Business Hotel by Bhaginis. One woman who completed her check-in before me returned to the reception saying that her room key card was not working. So the person at the check-in counter sent another employee with us to open our respective rooms for us and make sure the electricity was on. Another employee delivered the key card later. I did not face any issues with my key card. The room was small but meticulously clean. And i was glad about that. I ordered room service and they forgot to send chutney with hora bhara kebab ) the food was good. But i think they need to have more choices on the menu for people who don't want to eat a large meal. Breakfast spread was decent on the Indian side but on the continental side, it was rather lacking in variety. Checkout was faster than check-in. I did overhear a few people in the lobby complaining about getting disturbed at night by rats. But fortunately did not experience any such thing myself. The staff is courteous and helpful.

I had gone for business/official visit to bangalore. Entire staff in icon business is very polite & helpful. Location is also very good. The quality of food too is amazing. Had it be complimentary breakfast or lunch/dinner its all delicious. Only couple of things which needs to be revived by icon business. The size of bathroom is very small. You need to rework on bathroom size otherwise visitors might not like it & second wifi is very slow & intermittent. I needed to connect my laptop from my mobile network to have my office meetings go smoothly. If wifi wud have been better i cud have extended my stay but due to wifi had to switch to other Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini. But overall its good who are not going for official visit. Price is good, food is good & stay too is safer.

My stay at the Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini was fantastic. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious bedding to the well-equipped fitness center. The Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini's location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of options to suit every palate. Overall, i had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Rooms are of course clean with a good vibe and executive room size is big unlike studio rooms. Staff here should be appreciated for their politeness and patience. Food was average and wifi speed needs improvement as it is not possible to work with this speed. The smart tv here is just for show off, we cannot access any ott apps or even youtube due to the Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini restrictions. Overall i enjoyed the stay.

My experience with the Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini and it's staff was amazing. I had one of the best experience with respect to room service, restaurant service, laundry and we had an additional request & to full fill that request the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure that all our expectations.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. However, the room, though of a good size, didn't quite live up to the price. The bathroom lacked amenities and fell short of expectations. In terms of value for money, there's room for improvement.

I will find this Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini by make my trip. And this Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini is excellent but my thinking that Icon Business Hotel by Bhagini management have to improve for room service’s with land line call response and other all are facilities are good.

The property was well maintained overall in terms of cleanliness and looks! the front office associates were super professional and friendly. The room was clean and the washroom was well maintained as well! in short it was totally worth to spend every penny here!

Had stayed here for 2 weeks for business purposes. Service was good but their receptionist behaviour need to be more professionals. Breakfast was tasty but gets boring after 2 days as menu are same everyday.

Initially placed in a room with no ventilation, no views. But the staff was good, food was great. Restaurant at the roof top was fantastic. Had a much better room on the second day.

The place is really good and safe for couples and the size of the rooms are smaller when compared to the way it is priced other than that the rooms will be very clean and services will be at point and the views from the rooms will be amazing
