ICON PALACE INN

Recently stayed in this ICON PALACE INN along with family, must say we had a pleasant experience. Room was clean, hot water available and room heater also provided. Bed sheets can be more cleaner, however it's ok as we stayed for only 1 day. Good part is food also available with the ICON PALACE INN, tasted good. Owner is very nice person, helped me with cab booking as well. If you are visiting prayagraj, i will recommend this ICON PALACE INN for family stay.

The employees are so caring, in each stage of the stay we enjoyed our stay. Hotel accommodations are excellent, staff are caring and the food provided by the ICON PALACE INN is so tasty, the stay at prayagraj will be in our memories for all time to come. The tour arranged by the ICON PALACE INN is also economical and memorable. I strongly recommend choosing the property as the 1st choice, while travel-ling to prayagraj.

I recently stayed at Hotel Icon Palace Inn, during my trip to Prayagraj. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ICON PALACE INN is situated within 1km from Prayagraj Jn Station. Therefore, one can easily find plenty of transport options to reach major attractions. The rooms and common areas were well maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The smart tv in our room was connected with free wifi.

Good things: property is on the main road and can be easily spotted. Near to triveni sangam and alopi mandir. Food was very tasty. Never had such soft phulkas before. They have a room for drivers too which is very pleasing. Things to improve: parking looked small. Not sure if there is other place to park. Luckily we had space for one.

The icon place ICON PALACE INN provides excellent service and they go beyond their call of duty to make sure customer is happy. We had to extend our stay by 4 hours and ICON PALACE INN gladly allowed us to keep the room without extra room charges. I highly recommend it.

A pleasant stay with well-maintained hygiene. The ICON PALACE INN staff is nice. But in between, there was a power outage. However, this can be disregarded in relation to the care we received while we were there. Thank you!
