Ideal Beach resort

Stayed at ideal beach resort for 1 night stay. It’s an old resort, but well maintained. I believe some of the rooms have been renovated. We took the garden view rooms and the property was kind enough to allot us rooms on the ground floor considering the age of the guests. Room was clean and nice with a small sit out in the front overlooking the lawn with all the basic amenities. The restaurant served multi cuisine food and the quality of the food was good, though it’s on the expensive side and the service was very slow. The complimentary breakfast spread had lot of varieties and the food was finger licking good. All the staff were courteous and helpful. Checkin and checkout was smooth. One big plus was their buggy service that i found is very helpful if you have guests who are very old. Apart from ferrying people and baggage during check-in and check-out, the buggy also drops passengers till the edge of the beach sand. Very helpful for people with mobility issues. Swimming pool was decent though on the weekend we went it was packed with probably guests from some corporate get-together. The beach is maintained well and life guards are on duty through out the day. Food/drinks can be served at the beach as well. Plenty of shacks and chairs to rest on the beach. The waves were a bit ferocious when we went, so we didn’t get too deep in the water. Lot of games and activities for people who are interested, though i guess it’s mostly suitable for team building kind of activities. Overall a very nice stay and i will definitely recommend this place and visit again in the future.

We were a family of 4 people stayed in Sea view Villa First I would like to point out the service People are so friendly, kind, respectful, willing to help we loved every person there Our mother cannot walk easily so people were kind enough to take a buggy car from room to beach, to reception, to restaurant, everywhere We planned our mother’s birthday celebration and people were helping us in planning and bright the cake to the room at the right time We found this place via Make my trip and the results from the Make my trip were exactly meeting or need there are lot of activities that anyone can involve in Swimming pool amenities is really good there are opportunities to play Cricket, beach volleyball, chess, carrom and many more Next comes the restaurants Food is absolutely delicious very mild, home style cooked little expensive but there are lot to choose from in terms of varieties Room is spacious, well maintained, good view, we enjoyed Jacuzzi and other facilities listed

This was a family trip with my very old mother. The property is suitably located with neat and clean private beach. The rooms are spacious and well arranged with huge bath space and separate clock room. The in room service and service calls were attended promptly. The breakfast spread was quite big and lots of options to choose from. The worst part of stay was when we opted for nonveg lunch and after taking few bite we could make out that in mutton rogan josh the stale meat has been mixed with fresh or good quality meat pieces so neither u can complain nor u can throw away the complete bowl. In the evening we ordered fish finger with vegetables and there too we found the fish was not fresh as it was smelly. I had expected good quality dishes when they are exorbitantly charging

Almost 2 decades ago, we have stayed at ideal beach resorts on couple of occassions. It was nostalgic to drive in through the gate remembering the good times we spent here. My late father, brought my mom, sister and myself here for weekend getaways and relaxed time. The pool, beach and restaurant remind me of place my dad would sit or recline watching us with a drink in hand. My only grievance is we couldn't enjoy the pool because a big group of men occupied the waters with no space for us to swim. Also they were not wearing proper swimming outfits and merely splashing in the pool. I hope the management can lay firm instructions and enforce the same.

Loved the hospitality from everyone. We went as a family- wife and kid. The swimming pool guards were very friendly and always guarded the pool so that no accidents happen (it's 9feet deep so yeah. Ambiance was superb. Pool was clean and good for a swim. Private beach was too good with the jula options and also the pizza shop on the beach was ultimate. Many didn't try this option. But the pizza taste was excellent, compared to domino's, pizza hut. And the best part is the pizza is delivered on beach and we can have on beach and enjoy the cool breeze. Nice one, definitely wil be coming back in a couple of months with my parents as well.

My colleague sent me an invite for his daughter's marriage, to be held at the ideal beach resort, on 13th september. Hence i booked my stay too, there itself for 3 nights. The layout, service, food, ambience etc were excellent. Buggys were made available at all times, at a moment' s notice. The restaurant provided excellent cuisine. For one dinner, we had a special srilankan meal, which was delicious all facilities like swimming pool, spa, indoor games etc are available. Our sea facing rooms provided an opportunity to take in ocean air at all times all in all, a pleasant stay.

Happy to share my experiences in ideal beach resort, nice welcome from reception and on time provided rooms, rooms are clean and good, swimming pool water are very clean so kids enjoyed well and prompt support from guard and helping immediately, foods and restaurants was great and ambiance is best for family, enjoy well in private beach and again guard’s we’re well assisting and monitoring, night view beach in lights was very pleasant, overall best resort for family stay, this was my second visit and willing to continue the same. Thank you.

Went for family vacation, stayed in sea view villas. Rooms appeared old, but those were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Food is on the costly side, but taste is satisfactory. Private beach was clean. Poor service - tv wasn't working, the staff who came couldn't solve the problem. He said he will ask his senior to come, who never came. (but otherwise all other staff members were nice) only carrom board is there in the name of indoor game. Overall - good experience. I feel little costly relatively (may be due to peak season.

I spent 2 days with family. Nice ambience and food is good. Spent lot of time in swimming pool. Breakfast we got wide spread of various dishes.

Excellent resort stay but food can be better. Rooms, parks, swimming pool are very good, beach front is the best. Food delivery was slow and taste was below than my earlier visit in march 2023.

Nice place to stay. Very good service. Food good and swimming pool neat. But no games for kids in beach.

First ever resort I saw , they arranged chairs for beach sightseeing. Walking shower with bathtub is awesome add-on.food was good. Prawn dishes are delicious. Clean swimming pool. We loved our stay in this resort. We will book again soon 😍

The property and the location is very good. The scenic beauty and the nature behind the property is very good. Food is costly a little and it not worth the money

It was so good but the prices are too much high when compared with all the resorts. The food was so good to eat. If you can give with for food dinner and breakfast that will be better next time.
