ILIF 2703 THE BACKYARD

Room is small when reached for check-in in image it was different and in real it's totally different and in opposite didn't like the stay it's overpriced

Place is very good. Deluxe room is quite okay for 1 family. Open terrace is cherry on the cake. Enjoyed 2 days stay a lot. I enjoyed a stay in the Backyard, since the room view was pleasant. Open terrace in front of my room was cherry on the cake.. The housekeeping staff is supportive and polite. Overall rating is 4.9/5. Will recommend for sure.

Our stay at ILIF 2703 – The Backyard, Alibaug was pleasant. The property is beautiful, but what truly stood out was the staff. Shishu, Rajesh, and Shankar were extremely helpful, polite, and quick to assist with every request. Their service made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was good too.

Shishu was amazing with customer handling. The staff was way too good and the promfret thali was amazing also the French fries yummm. 😍 The new rooms are comforting

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very cosy and welcoming. We were very satisfied with the overall cleanliness. Swimming pool was also well maintained and very clean. The food was also good however there were many restaurants in the vicinity. Overall a great experience. A big thank you to the Manager and his team for their hospitality.

The property has no facilities as it shows in the photos.. rooms are decent, but no other amenities.. the pool or the outdoor seating areas are not properly managed. Noone will be at reception to attend your calls. U have to walk down everytime to get some information. I have taken the package including breakfast however they didn't provide breakfast even after 9.30 . When I asked for refund they refused nd asked to raise complaint in MakeMyTrip..which I did nd still awaiting my refund. Won't recommend the property to anyone.

Clean and tidy place... Friendly staff & excellent service... Veg and non veg food was hygienic and tasty.... This alce has a unique decor.... Liked the birds nest around the property

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The place has such an aesthetic and welcoming vibe — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The service was excellent — everything I requested was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I had asked for a room with a better view, and they accommodated my request within seconds, which really impressed me.

The property was good and well kept, we did not opt for food hence wouldn't be able to opine on it. The location of the property was also good as it was close to the beach (walkable distance) and had many restaurants near by. Overall we had a good and pleasant stay.

I had a very good experience staying in the backyard as a guest. The service provided was great. The food, while decent, could be rated around 7 out of 10. However, the bedroom, toilet area, and bathroom were all clean and well-maintained. The swimming pool area was also impressive. I would recommend this place to everyone, as it is affordable. The staff, including the manager, receptionist, and service personnel, were all very competent and helpful. Overall, it was a positive experience.
