The location is nice and near the beach. The food taste is also good. What I saw is they have limited car parking and if you are late you will struggle with parking. Also, they don't provide all meal options.

Location is very good near to Badami Beach, only 5 minutes distance. Hotel vibe is very good and overall hotel amenities are luxurious, and at night you enjoy a party view.

We stayed for 2 days and it was very nice experience. All amenities were in in working condition. Nearby Nagaon beach which was walking distance. Rooms were clean, staffs were all cooperative. Foods taste was also good.

Great infra but service need improvement

Location property is located at walkable distance from badami beach. Also there are good eateries serving local food near the hotel on the way to beach. approach road for last 200 to 300 metres is not maintained properly. property infrastructure it is very good. rooms are spacious and clean. Two rooms on same floor have connecting balconies. Bed was circular and it's size was decent. Hot water made on when requested. Service You have to ask for everything. Hand wash was not in bathroom. Had to ask for it. Hot water was not running. Had to ask for it. Restaurant service is very slow. Menu is very limited. Rotis were not properly baked. Had to ask to make them proper.

not worth money the charge

Food was pretty ordinary.. Limited times of food .. no kettle in room and no tea provided in room .. The rooms we stayed in itself had common gallery and no privacy at all.. The room did not have any table or chair , the AC was on one corner and made one side very cold and other side normal...The reception service was sub standard , the range for mobiles is poor .Overall it was a negative experience .. We changed our hotel the very next day though we had booking for 2 days and without any refund

Hotel is good, located in peaceful environment. Rooms are clean, staff co operative, room service good. Veg food is average and have very limited choice. Nagaon beach approx 15 min walk. Badami beach hardly 5 min. walk.

Considering that the resort was fully booked, the service was inadequate. Maximum food items were not available, staff was reluctant to provide room service on the pertext of rains. Multiple times electricity outage was there, though it came again quickly.
